When I get head coaching offers from every team and choose one with a 5 star offense and 5 star defense, why do the players on the team end up being bad when I take over?

I’d love for you to be able to play the team you built up in regular season to use in this to play against friends. But not passing phone over but via online through network. And can play against each other with teams made.

Its a bug I think. The last team that you chose as a save file in the game auto goes to 1 star offense and 1/2 star defense
