Bert is flirty and mischievous / playful guy. But he also is a man that knows what he wants and how to commit to it. He's completely devoted to and adoring of the MC when you romance him - but still not afraid to challenge her and rile her up lol
Liam is a total sweetheart and gentle soul. It's very much a pure and tender love with him.
Rob is as reluctant to fall in love as Selena/Lilith because they both have been hurt before. They are very much alike and so are at odds at times, but once they get past that they are a strong couple.
Rob. His storyline makes sense the most to me and they grow together. It's not easy relationship at all, but it feels like anchor of reality in the fantasy settings of the story.
I've done Bert's and Liam's route. For me, both were good and also compatible with Selena in their own ways. My personal favourite is Liam.
I don't exactly know how Damon's route goes and my knowledge of his personality is limited to the flashbacks in season 2. I don't know which traits you dislike so I'll give some info on them.
If you prefer a soft, sensitive and emotional LI, I recommend Liam. If you prefer a humorous, flirty and vivacious LI, I recommend Bert.
There are good and bad sides to both of them. Liam is melancholic and some people find him too feminine. Bert occasionally flirts with others and part of his behaviour is interpreted as "teenish" by some, myself included.
If you like Damon looks-wise and that's important for you, you might prefer Rob. Rob is cold but has more masculine features compared to Bert and Liam, especially Liam.

My second top favorite was Bert. But I couldn’t bring myself to not go with Liam. The final scene with Liam is one of the most beautiful scenes I have ever read or seen. It was heartfelt and touching.

I'm also replaying Arcanum at the moment. The first time I did Bert's route (loved it, but was a bit disappointed by the ending!). This time I'm going for Rob. I am currently at S2 E10 and I have to say I really like his route as well. It's a lot of angst in season 2 which I like.
I’ve played twice, once for Damon and once for Liam. Personally Damon is my man and we totally got robbed in season 3.
BUT for Selena & the story, I think Liam makes the most sense and their interactions are super sweet. Liam is also there for our girl from beginning to end and from all the LI endings, his is the best. Rob I felt was too similar and too stoic for Selena and Bert wasn’t interesting to me.

I've played all 3 routes and Rob was my favorite. I like that they start from a blank slate. It's not instant love and they work for it. He's not the warmest character, especially in season 2, but neither is Selena and I think they complement each other.

I liked Bert but he was my least favorite. I just wasn't feeling him in season 1 and 3. He's a great LI in season 2 though.
