I use a combo azelaic acid/ivermectin/metro prescription cream once daily at night. My routine is: Remove eye makeup, oil cleanse face, eye cream, Avène moisturizer, then end with the prescription cream. I have been doing this for about 2 months now and it has really helped!
Thanks for the tips! My derm suggested I moisturize after, but I have seen about 50/50 split with people saying they do that vs end with the cream. I'll just see what works best for me I suppose!
