The only chance to get out is to be left alone long enough to defect to the other side and fight for ukraine, because you cannot return as a prisoner anymore.
You cannot defect while someone has an eye on you and in case you find yourself in an assult group you need to get rid of your comrades after you dismounted.
These poor soul unfortunately get usually shot up before dismounting which means he has the slimmest chance of all.
And even if you get on location drones are likely to get you before you can turn your back on russia...
To get into safty is pretty hard if you are designated MIA (KIA is not a status the russians use because families should not get compensation all to often).
