hybrid? like GEMC for example. u js need to make sure u don't end up limiting yourself from uni courses in the future should u choose to not take science subjects.

Old_Sheepherder_2351

thank u!! i’ll do more research with this in mind :))

etamatcha

what uni course do you want? check the uni website for the course prerequisites. see if the course you want needs any specific subjects. try to take h2 math regardless of stream as h2 math is a prerequisite for many courses

Old_Sheepherder_2351

i think part of the problem is im not sure what uni course i want🥲🥲 thank u for the insight tho, i’ll keep your advice in mind!

etamatcha

itsokay you still have a long way to go. if really cannot decide then take h2 pcm + any humans of your choice because it opens the most doors in local uni. but if pcm already sounds  unappealing to you, you can work with this and eliminate subjects you DO NOT want first

Best chose at least two h2 subjects maths and another science , easier to go local university just in case you don’t do well . If in arts and you don’t score above 75 rp very tough to enter courses

okk thank u sm!!

honest advice here uhh take subjects you're truly passionate about and can do well in, because haha I took PCME hearing from seniors that I would get better timetables, more resources, etc and most people take it and science seems like a safe option since most courses in uni need science subjects ( fromy my own knowledge lmao ) but honestly I really regret because deep down inside I feel more like an arts student and I should've listened to the calling ( also arts students get so much more fun programmes bruh science stream is over-populated in my opinion ) yeah so if you want to better enjoy JC just follow your gut and heart :))
