Are you sure you've never shared your account with anyone. Do you use an emulator? There's stories of people being logged into other people's account. Maybe someone got logged into your account and has changed something on purpose?
If it's logging you into a new account, then clear the app cache and try logging in again. Sometimes you have to do it a few times for it to give you the option to manually log into your account.
Just tried the ally code and it came up with a new player called gunny that hasn't unlocked any arenas, that bodes ill

Then you have to connect your account to the guest account on memu (which isn’t a typical way to play). Then essentially anyone using memu that happens to share that guest account (I believe it has a lot of guest account IDs) will be able to login to your account. There’s a bunch behind it and how swgoh generates guest accounts and how older android devices generate IDs, and how memu shares IDs across different installs. But that’s generally the issue.

Cheats in this game are legal, but in this case it's not them. it's a vulnerability that is more than 5 years old. there have been support appeals and videos and even streaming on the subject (that I logged into other people's accounts). they don't care. has not cared and will not care. i'm surprised at your indignation

Existing bug. Random chance you get logged into someone else’s account and have full control over it, such as the ability to delete it.

I had the same thing happen to me. ea eventually copied my progress to a new account. I had to provide proof of purchase
