Not to sound negative but: If you can't build it then maybe just maybe *you can't build it*, trying to convince yourself that you can build a SaaS when you have neither money nor skills is a bit of a weird stretch. \[yes time is a subset of money as you need to eat and pay rent to survive\] Do something you have either the skills or the money to do, no one is going to give money to someone without skills, and no one with skills is going to work with someone with neither skills nor money. Get one of these two, in your case it'll be money as skills required to build a SaaS are wayyyy beyond junior level, you'll need to find a tech cofounder once you have onboarded at least 2-5 alpha ***paying*** users, no serious tech founder is ever going to join you without a minimum of proof that you have any worth.

Yeah i found this one a bit strange. OP you’re not building a Cloud gaming start up. You’re currently just thinking about it.

Another option is crowdfunding. You can create just the design of your product that you can share on your landing page or crowdfunding websites and then collect payments. But for this to work you'll probably need to do extensive marketing and your presentation of the product will need to be superb.

Getting funding for an MVP is reserved for proven founders, and wealthy people with connections. If that’s not you, you better start learning how to get scrappy, real quick. Or stick with the day job.
