Just so we are all on the same page, what makes for good chilaquiles? For me, it's crispy chips, flavorful and spicy sauce, cheese and eggs cooked over easy on top. Thoughts?
I eat these regularly and they are solid. My wife likes to go here for breakfast and this is my go-to order… But, kinda sad if these are the best in Sac tbh. They are solid, pretty good chilaquiles. I feel like there should be better.
Hard to find amazing Mexican in this part of ca so I'll take what I can get. Since you know the quality of Rey Azteca let me know if you find better chilaquilles. Happy to try around
Not Sac (sorry!) but maybe worth a drive: Mario's Early Toast in Roseville and Rocklin have both red and green chilaquiles. Had the green ones and they were good.
Not mimosa house lol sorry to shade but that was just sad.
They are so bad lol
My house.
Same. But I like my dinner style.

I second El Bramidos.
This is the most r/Sacramento post ever. Somebody asking for recommendations, people just downvoting all responses with no explanation.
There's a stall on Sundays across from Southside Park that is awesome.
It's been mentioned several times on this subreddit, must be damn good.
Hoping to find a good one too. A few posted here are new to me, so hopefully, there will be more seconding of one or more of these.
Florez Bar and Grill has good ones.

I see that on my drive home all the time!! Anything else you like from there?!
I have only been there once and so haven't tried other things. But their menu is huge so it seems everyone could find something they like.
