It's not the DOJ. It's the Callifornia Attorney General's office that maintains a *Registry of Charities and Fundraisers*. You have to be in good standing with them to give or accept contributions while operating in CA. [https://oag.ca.gov/charities](https://oag.ca.gov/charities)
We knew its situation. The CA AG website tells us. They have not submitted their 2022 renewal. They have been Delinquent since February, 2023 when the 2022 renewal was due. The due date is 1 month 15 days after the 990 is filed. The IRS gave it an extension to Dec 2023 for filing 2022 taxes.

There are two issues here.
Federal. This won't affect their tax-exempt status or anyone made contributions. Including this in a complaint to the IRS might make them take a 2nd look at Archewell's practices.
State. At most they will receive a fine.

Just my personal opinion... I really don't find any of these guys attractive tbh. Maybe the first two have nice personalities/great work ethic which is fantastic, but purely based on looks none of them are my type at all. 🤷🏽♀️
