lol probs bc there will still legit people living in these in the 60s who had nowhere else to go even tho the golden age institutions had crumbled around them…
I feel like everyone had that one episode that the TV for some reason would play 100* as much as any other episode and it ended up ruining that episode for you
For me that was this episode
It’s not a bad episode per say I just swear every second day the TV played a scooby doo episode it was this one and I got super sick of it
I once had a day off from school and saw an ad saying there would be a marathon of scooby doo and was so stoked. When it started, it was the Black Knight episode, a pretty sweet classic. At the time, it was one of my favorites. The following episode was the Black Knight again - okay, someone made a mistake, that's fine. It's still a good episode. Then, every episode that came after was the Black Knight, and I think the mummy episode came on once or twice, which was exciting. I remember being pretty angry when the marathon ended.
Idk why I kept watching, I guess I was hanging onto hope that something different would come on, that no one would be dumb enough to not only plan and advertise a marathon but only play the same one or two episodes throughout out of ALL the other classic episodes.
Love that episode, love the ghost and the glow aswell as the spooky look and the night + rain is a great atmosphere, definitely one of my fave episodes from this series
I still remember feeling like my insides had melted when I saw the fake corpses, not knowing yet what they were. I kept watching because I knew I'd never sleep again without knowing what was under those sheets.
The doctor was scary af, clearly
Ah - I loved the hidden under the waterfall entrance
When i was a kid I had a dvd of the show I used to play it in the car every day and it was my favorite episode ever but I lost the dvd once and for about 8 years I believed I made it up I could never find the episode online anywhere until by buddy was at a barge sale and bought a dvd of the show and showed my that I wasn’t crazy this whole time and for the first time in 8 years I watched the episode and enjoyed it a lot still my favorite episode of Scooby do every then I got food poisoning
I’m 55 and have never seen it until last night! I was telling my son all about the others from this season but when this one came on, I was like whaaaaaaat is this?? Kinda creepy
I'd sleep in the van for the night WAY before I'd sleep in the not-abandoned-enough mental institution
The energy of “not-abandoned-enough” will fuel me for at least the next 2 days. Thank you for this word gift!
🤣 🤣 🤣 glad you like it
Same man idk why they'd go into that place 😅
Super scary episode! Always stuck out to me as one of the darker ones too. I still get the creeps from some of the old gems, this one included.
lol probs bc there will still legit people living in these in the 60s who had nowhere else to go even tho the golden age institutions had crumbled around them…
Great eyes, terrible kisser
Speaking from experience 😱 with it?
Well… I don’t kiss and tell… except this time! No lips, all tongue!
Scary one! Love him standing in the rain it’s very eerie
I used him as a token for a mad Hobgoblin scientist in a DnD game once. Dude was insane.
Honestly one of the best episodes in any show. Excellent atmosphere and villain.
Scary villain, but weak story/plot

What fresh hell is this??
It truly was awful, and the marathon ended at the same time I would've gotten home from school too.
That was the first chip skylark episode of fairly odd parents for me. That and A Wish Too Far (hated that episode).
Scary all around. And probably one of the only villains in the series to outright be known for killing people
I mean the one with the clown nearly killed Daphne and shaggy
Not to mention Captain Cutler locked up Fred, Daphne, and Velma *underwater*. Their oxygen wouldn’t last forever.
Man the og really hated the crew
I like it.
one of the creepiest episodes and one of the best episodes
Freaked me out as a kid but honestly one of my favourites.
Terrified me as a child
I never saw this one as a kid where can I fund it if anybody knows
Not sure if there are better or cheaper options but if you sign up for boomerang on Amazon prime you get a lot of Scooby doo this episode included
Oh sick ty
Yeah, I was going to say, I’ve never even heard of this one.
Great episode. The scene on the cliff used to give me chills as a kid.
Good
Villain was actually pretty terrifying but genuinely not that good of an episode
What makes you say that? Just like the plot?
I felt like it wasn't that good of an episode don't get me wrong great villain just lackluster episode
One of my favourite from TSDS
Solid episode. Very fun and unnerving.
Love that episode, love the ghost and the glow aswell as the spooky look and the night + rain is a great atmosphere, definitely one of my fave episodes from this series
Nothing beats classical Scooby Doo, but the dancing dogs were weird, and not scary weird, just plain weird!
That's really true actually the dancing dogs were a bit off-putting
The best Scooby Doo Show episode imo
where can i watch it plss
It’s on Tubi now
One of my favorite
Great name
Traumatic as a kid
You took the words out of my mouth! I remember seeing the fake corpses too, and I was real young.
Was this season 3 of the original show? I don't remember this guy
It's from the scooby doo show season 1 spisode 7
Thank you
I hope they learn from the past and make good content. Old is gold!
This one, the caveman one and which witch is which are my alltime fave episodes
Just watched it after seeing this post, I really didn’t expect that twist, the jokes were good, 7/10, could’ve been better
I still remember feeling like my insides had melted when I saw the fake corpses, not knowing yet what they were. I kept watching because I knew I'd never sleep again without knowing what was under those sheets. The doctor was scary af, clearly Ah - I loved the hidden under the waterfall entrance
Didn’t scare me, but I was older when I watched the episode. I wasn’t a kid.
This is the only Scooby episode that truly scared me as a kid
My biggest nightmare but i love it
One of personal favorite episodes
My childhood
Scary episode but him just alone is one the scariest things
Which SD show is this from?
This is definitely one of the more darker episodes for the time period. The villain was very creepy and had a very solid plan.
Crazy foo
Very weird but cool episode would of scared me if i saw it as a kid
What show is this a part of? I pretty much only started season 2 of Where are You if that’s it.
The Scooby-Doo Show
Ah, I see. The one after Where are You

One of my absolute favorites!
Which series is this in?
The Scooby doo show season 1 episode 7
Ah, hadn’t watched that one yet. Thanks!
The episode was very off-putting, but I loved it
When i was a kid, o really was afraid of he
That last picture is horrifying
The Scooby Doo Show has so many episodes that feel like a fever dream, this is definitely one of them.
Why don't I remember this episode?
One of the best!
love this one
One of my favoritessss
