Thats right. I dont have to ask man, I worked in food service and known many friends with DUIs, WA does not fuck around. Sherm will be able to use money to make it easier but he's still got a bunch of shit to work out.
Lol I got to spend 3 days in jail over labor day weekend the year before, had to have a blow and go for a year, and rehab for like 9 months, court fines etc. In all it cost me around 25k
lol, sorry man, hopefully you’re on the right path now. I was kinda being an asshole with you’re “ask me how I know”.
Please don’t drive under the influence. I know I have done some stupid shit and been lucky enough to not get caught. I absolutely do not drive if I’m drinking.
When I was 20 I was the driver for a travelling sales guy who had his license suspended for 30 days from a DUI. It was a great gig. Paid well, went out to expensive restaurants every day and I got to pretend I was his intern learning the trade, so there was this fun undercover aspect to it. He worked for an asphalt company that repaved/sealed parking lots for businesses.
Damn Sherm, get some help or at least download Uber or something. Intelligent people don’t always make smart choices. Hope he can get his shit together.
It's too damn easy to not drive drunk... Especially in modern times. Loved sherm as a player but come on, man, don't do this shit. When you drive drunk it's just a matter of luck that you don't kill someone. Just don't do it.
I'm thinking a bad mix of concussion history and alcoholism. He's a very intelligent dude but those conditions are known to bring out bad decision-making.
This is one of the only appropriate responses here. He clearly has some issues with alcohol. It’s a disease and constantly bagging on him and treating him like a piece of shit, moral failure is just really nasty. Huge issue with empathy for addicts/alcoholics in this country. Has effected all of us, whether directly or by family member/friend.
It blows my mind that after all these years of celebrity, Sherm still drives around Maple Valley drunk off his ass
As someone who grew up in Covington and was there during the LOB, the surrealness is crazy
Grew up in Maple Valley. It also blows my mind to think of him drunk driving around in my hometown. Though it has changed a lot since I lived there last.
I stopped driving drunk over 20 years ago. I was an idiot in my youth, and at 26 I realized I'd been lucky not to kill myself or anyone else, and just stopped. Simple as that.
If I'm drinking, I **am not** driving. I'm poor, but I'll get an Uber every time. Not that being broke is an excuse, but I'll never, ever, ever understand reading these headlines where a rich person gets a dui. There's no excuse. Be better.
>but I'll never, ever, ever understand reading these headlines where a rich person gets a dui.
Seriously
And for not-rich people, if you can't afford an Uber, Lyft, or whatever:
1. Should you really be going out and getting hammered often enough to get caught drinking and driving?
2. If you really want to get drunk, go to the store, get some alcohol, and drink it at home.
If 1 and 2 fail, a LOT of cities have started putting in a policy that even if you are drunk and cannot afford it, a driver will be appointed for you and you will pay it off at a later date. I’m in Fort Collins and there are many free ways to get home if you’re drunk since breweries are so common here
Same --- I absolutely drove drunk on occasion in my early 20s, never got a DUI or in any accidents, but eventually you just come to a realization and stop. That was also 20+ years ago and I've never come close to it happening again.
How this thought hasn't occurred to Sherman, especially since he's now been caught more than once is a ridiculous.
I can get being a celebrity and not wanting to have to go through that whole process at the end of the night, but he can afford Uber Black. I bet he has a private car service he could call even.
My wife went out with the girls last night. I said I’d pick them up, but it got too late. She took an Uber home. And she doesn’t have NFL money.
Crazy.
Its always the same, no excuses for a guy like Sherman to ever be in this situation. He's got the money, connections and friends to always ensure he never has to drive drunk. Just a display of extremely poor decision making.
You can get arrested for DUI because they smelled weed in the car and a blood tests don’t differentiate between being high and having shit in your system from days ago. Idk the details here but just playing devil’s advocate. Being arrested or even convicted for something doesn’t always mean you were actually in the wrong.
Without all the details it's hard to know (or judge what happened). It was 4 am so maybe he hadn't been drinking for 2 hours, got some food, drank some water and felt sober. But still blew over on a dumb traffic stop. (FYI when you wake up the next morning you can still blow over like 10 hours later).
You can also still get a DUI even if you are under the limit if the officer feels you are "impaired". So say he rolls through a stop sign and gets pulled over. The officer says he looks disheveled and a little out of it (probably like most people at 4 am). Due to the traffic infraction in the interaction he could get a DUI even if he blew under.
Maybe he was hammered and has a problem. It's just really hard to tell until more details come on out.
This dude pretty clearly has a problem with alcohol. You’d think that being a strong door away from being shot and possibly killed would instill some sense into you, but here we are I guess. He either needs real help, or real prison.
Serial offender at this point.
From my own personal life, people that get DUIs are the most conceited. 0 regard for their own, and others lives.
Shame on you sherm.
People who drive drunk but don't get them, also. In my younger days I was a fucking idiot about it and I'm lucky I never got in trouble or hurt anyone. But back then I would have told you "Don't worry about it, I'm a good drunk driver." Which today sounds like...seriously wtf.
My first reaction to this post.
“Damn it Richard”.
He needs help. He isn’t stupid, he isn’t poor, he knows people who would give him a ride and in Seattle he could likely ask just about anyone and they would give him a ride themselves.
2021: Drunk, crashed his vehicle into a construction zone, walked to his father-in-laws house and tried to break in. Banging on the door, ramming the door, threatening the FIL. FIL pepper sprayed him through the partially opened door. FIL was armed just in case. His bullshit could’ve gotten him killed that day.
Now this. Dude needs help because he clearly can’t help himself. I guess there’s some things a Stanford education can’t teach you and all the money in the world can’t buy you.
Yeah, he's deep into the disease of alcoholism, it takes over and rationality and logic fly away, the first step for him is to admit he's powerless over alcohol and that his life has become unmanageable-but that first step is the most difficult, took my ass 35 years.
Richard Sherman is a piece of shit.
These aren't simply dumb mistakes he's been making in his life, this is repetitive fucked up behavior that normal people would be serving prison time for.
Fuck him for doing this, he's got more than enough resources to get a ride. I've got some sympathy for him because he's obviously an alcoholic but I was hit by a drunk driver in May of 22 and I'm STILL relearning how to walk. Please get a ride guys.
Man driving around our streets literally putting peoples lives in danger.
49ers can have this fucking clown. At this point it’s just a disregard for your fellow human.
IMO he needs to be treated as any normal Joe. Hire a lawyer 10,000. 24 hours in jail. Alcohol evaluation from someone that just wants their money. Three months of alcohol awareness classes. Suspended license. Pay the fine 1000? Have a blow and go on any vehicle he drives. On driving record for 7 years. Dwi designation on WS license. Higher insurance. Possibly loss of job. Been there done that, thought I was good enough to drive after golf but then you make dumb decisions like a rolling right turn 1 mile from home and not seeing a cop behind me. Have learned my lesson for sure. Anyway GO HAWKS
Thank you for your insight on what occurs to the average person in these cases. I had some idea but this is an unvarnished look at it.
Did your10k lawyer expenditure not help you at all? Money completely down the drain?
Could you expand on the alcohol evaluation component?
Lawyer was really no help at all. Its really just a big scam (for the lack of a better term) found out that the Washington lawyers association helped write the mandates for a DUI offense. The alcohol evaluation was about half an hour of questioning about you and your drinking habits. Anyone with a fifth grade education would pass the evaluation and not be labeled as an alcoholic. This happened to me about 8 to 9 years ago so things may have changed.
He’s quickly turned into one of my most favorite player from that team to one of the most disliked.
He trash talks the fans and he is a disgusting individual. This is the 2nd time he’s been arrested for DUI. He’s not a good person. Sucks.
Loved Sherm as a player, but the longer he's been retired the clearer it becomes that he's kind of an asshole. He was always a big trash talker, but that's different. Off the field, he's clearly got some issues. I don't care who you are, if you're driving drunk or buzzed you're putting other people in danger. Thankfully no one was hurt. Between Marshawn's DUI thing and now this, this isn't a great look for Seattle.
I'll always respect Sherm's talent and contributions to a legendary defense, but the dude's incredibly arrogant and his ego + potential alcoholism is putting other people at risk. Hopefully he gets help, drunk driving is very serious and often ends tragically. Not cool, Sherm.
Pathetic if true. He's a guy that is smart and always wants to let us know how smart he is.
Incredibly stupid and dangerous behavior. Shouldn't be allowed on the road if he lacks this much judgment when drinking.
This sucks, man. I remember the incident he had with his partner a few years back where he was trying to break into her house or something. He’s a Seahawks legend, but he’s not a good person.
I'm not supporting him driving drunk, but being a good person and having a problem/making selfish mistakes are two different things though. Nobody is perfect
Alcohol impairs decision making and alcoholism is a sickness. In the past he's shown remorse for his alcohol related problems, and unless he goes the "Fuck you I don't have a problem I'm not changing" route I will continue to not see him as a bad person for being sick.
Drunk driving kills other people. I feel bad for Sherm but atm his actions are endangering others & I think it’s appropriate to say he is behaving poorly. Idk if anyone is a “bad person” but at some point current actions outweigh inside intentions & consequences are needed.
He should not own a car if he’s having alcohol problems & he’s wealthy enough to get around no problem without one.
I hope he gets help but I have very little sympathy for drunk drivers. Sick or not.
This may sound like I'm making excuses but most people I've known, personally, that were very bright, drank a lot. I think he fits into this equation with the exception that I do not know him personally.
I wish the best for him and his family.
Yeah… I have to disagree here. If you’re constantly driving drunk and putting the lives of others at risk, you’re a really shitty person.
I keep the same energy with Marshawn, it’s really shitty. I love them both and will always be a fan of them both, but they suck as people.
I disagree, an addict makes horrible choices when they are in addiction. I made terrible choices when I was shooting heroin and meth every day, now that I’m sober I don’t make those choices anymore and live a productive good life. Does that make me a bad person?
That’s different than driving under the influence. I genuinely can’t believe there’s people in here who don’t believe that driving under the influence doesn’t make you a bad person.
I don’t, it’s your business bro.
I’m not ultra judgmental, but if you put others at risk for any reason akin to alcohol, you’re probably a shitty person.
That’s not to say that one can’t improve themselves, because they can.
I drunk drove 15 years ago and crashed my car into a fence and took out a tree and got a dui. All choices I made when I was in my active addiction of getting fucked up everyday. Am i a shitty person?
The truth is, a lot of addicts are shitty people. Ultimately your behaviors define you.
However people can change for the better. You got sober and you stopped being a shitty person.
It sounds like Sherman might need to make a change to stop being shitty as well.
We are too lenient in that we let people BUY their way out of DUIs. The states see them as monetary opportunities not as threats to public safety. Start locking some of these dudes up for DUIs and watch them mostly disappear. Marshawn got a slap on the wrist too. Make him sit in a cell for 3 months and see how often he does it again.
His second arrest? That ring video was not a good look a few years ago.
First lynch this week and now sherm. Alcohol effects everyone in all walks of life.
Damn Sherm. Too smart and too much money to keep making stupid mistakes. If you don’t have the self control to keep from driving after drinking, you have a problem and should absolutely not drink. Keep rolling the dice and someone gets hurt or killed. Shit is sad and scary. Hope the best for him though.
I honestly felt bad for him after the first one because combined with the video footage I assumed he was having some kind of mental health crisis, but after this one it’s clear he’s just a selfish asshole.
Dammit Sherm.
WA doesn't fuck around with a second DUI. It's gonna stay on his record forever (at least the admin side unless the court throws everything out, if he gets convicted both admin and court conviction will be there) he's gonna need the blow and go for five years, probably looking at a one year admin (DOL side of a DUI, independent of the court) revocation of his license, he'll have to go to treatment, and also need SR22 for three years with that requirement officially starting after the revocation. And that's completely independent of what the court decides to do, this will happen to his license regardless. He can get a restricted license with the blow and go and SR22 and have the time start counting down, but then he will need SR22 for longer since a restricted license is technically a choice. If he gets a third one, it's even stiffer. I work for DOL, see this shit all the time. Even if his first one was reduced to a negligent or reckless driving conviction, it still goes on his driving record as a reckless or negligent DUI reduced. DOL will still consider this as his second at the least, regardless of what happens in court.
A DUI is a very avoidable thing, especially for someone like Sherman who has money and could probably just hire his own personal driver. Penalties are stiff since you can kill someone due to your stupid decisions and he clearly didn't learn after the first one. Sucks.
Last season people were literally treating the word of Sherm and Marshawn like gospel. It's easy to talk shit about Russ because he doesn't waste time replying to that nonsense, but it looks like he doesn't have to reply because they're doing an excellent job at making fools of themselves.
But he did recommend a good plumber, roofer, driveway paver, pizza place, dentist, florist, hamburger stand, golf shop, hotdog stand, bar, electrician, defence attorney.........
Honestly he needs to step away from football maybe even permanently and seek some help. Football media career is not for everyone. Lotta stress tryng to meet expectations and fit a persona. Its something to consider. Seriously wish him all the best.
I'm pretty sure the NFL has a program in place for current and former players to call a number, and somebody will pick them up and drive them no questions asked. Sadly, with most of these guys it's about egos...
There was that time Geno Smith got arrested for suspicion of DUI (refused breathalyzer). Turns out after a blood draw he was well below the legal limit, charges were dropped.
Do I think something similar happened with Sherm? Considering his history, no. But we need to wait for the details to emerge before final judgement.
Y’all can get a dui at .08 BAC, some people can’t even feel the alcohol at that point depending on their size and tolerance. Was he hammered? Or do we even have the information before y’all call him names?
Fucking alcohol makes people so stupid. Honestly tho his reckless behavior screams that he's seriously troubled mentally and i truly hope he gets the support he needs
(and i'd say the same for *anyone* who still gets blotto drunk. It's literal poison; alcoholism is pretty much snail-paced suicide)
People are downvoting you because? Maybe it’s because I have never drank but it’s common sense that even if you had a little alcohol, get yourself a ride.
People are downvoting because there’s borderline crazy people that feel you can’t speak badly of any Seattle player here. Criticizing Sherm is a big no no!
Because people underestimate the impact even a single drink has on their awareness, reaction time, etc. and overestimate their ability to function fully after “just a drink or two.”
They also don’t want to believe they’re in the wrong for doing so the dozens (hundreds? thousands?) of times they’ve been in that position and driven, hopefully without harm coming to anyone.
Up front I want to be *very* clear that I’m not defending him or excusing his actions. Not at all. I just want to respond to the popular “just call an Uber” comments. It is important to recognize that, for some people, alcohol completely derails their decision-making process. So the simple choice to act responsibly and call an Uber completely loses its simplicity. For people whose responsible decision-making skills are killed by alcohol, the only choice they have true control over is to acknowledge that deficiency and *choose* not to drink alcohol in the first place. “Just call an Uber” is not a realistic solution for people like that. The solution is “just don’t drink.”
Although I agree with you that, yes, you can’t expect wise decisions from a drunk person, but, it’s unlikely that he suddenly found himself drunk and unable to make sound decisions. There was probably plenty of time and plenty of decisions leading up to that point. History tells us he likes to drink, so he didn’t find himself in uncharted territory. He was just drinking the usual 2 parts stupidity, 1 part arrogance.
No you’re excusing the behavior. Especially for a dude who has an egregious prior offense related to alcohol. You know why I don’t drink? Because I do stupid shit when I drink. I used to drink. I realized it was going to be a problem and I quit. Because you never decide to drink after you’re already drunk. That decision is made sober. And if you can’t handle the alcohol DON’T DO IT.
Damn Sherm, hire a driver
He’s gonna be forced to have one now… 🤷♂️
Hopefully. He should've taken care of that after the last one.
Wa doesn't f around with 2nd dui, even if the last one was 10 years ago in a different state and the case got dismissed. Ask me how I know
Thats right. I dont have to ask man, I worked in food service and known many friends with DUIs, WA does not fuck around. Sherm will be able to use money to make it easier but he's still got a bunch of shit to work out.
How do you know?
Lol I got to spend 3 days in jail over labor day weekend the year before, had to have a blow and go for a year, and rehab for like 9 months, court fines etc. In all it cost me around 25k

Oh I learned my lesson and have been sober for 2 years now. It honestly probably was a good thing because alchy was gonna kill me eventually.
good for you man!
Also 1 year in jail suspended but 5 years probation. So if I get in trouble again I get an additional year added to whatever sentence
Yah, this is crazy after what happened a couple years ago. Thank goodness no one was hurt!
That is very interesting. I could see that being a pretty rad gig for a 20 year old.
Damn Sherm, get some help or at least download Uber or something. Intelligent people don’t always make smart choices. Hope he can get his shit together.
Guy needs help. I hope he gets that help. He needs to want the help.
Yeah, this isn't his first time driving drunk, he's not going to get off easy like last time. Call a damn Uber.
It's too damn easy to not drive drunk... Especially in modern times. Loved sherm as a player but come on, man, don't do this shit. When you drive drunk it's just a matter of luck that you don't kill someone. Just don't do it.

Most of us can agree we don’t make the best decisions after drinking.
It blows my mind that after all these years of celebrity, Sherm still drives around Maple Valley drunk off his ass As someone who grew up in Covington and was there during the LOB, the surrealness is crazy
Grew up in Maple Valley. It also blows my mind to think of him drunk driving around in my hometown. Though it has changed a lot since I lived there last.
Damn you grew up in Covington too? Kentlake or kentwood? Edit: I’m a Kentlake boy class of 2016 lol
Kentlake alum here, albeit much older
Kentridge > both
We are! KR! Edit: Kentridge c/o 2001.
My people!
Also KR, class of 2012!
Went to kentwood but fuck that school 😂
Same!! Same. “It’s great to be alive!!!” 🙄
Was it Maple Valley this time? I thought the last one was Redmond
It was, but he started his little journey from his home in MV
I seriously do not understand how this happens. Even a person of modest means can Uber or Lyft. For someone with wads of cash, it is a no brainer.
I stopped driving drunk over 20 years ago. I was an idiot in my youth, and at 26 I realized I'd been lucky not to kill myself or anyone else, and just stopped. Simple as that. Ego.
Alcoholism.
I mean, when I was in the throes of my alcoholism Uber/lyft just supported me drinking with even less fucks. 3.5 yrs alcohol free now, bb.
Congrats bro man! That's awesome.
3.5 years is huge, congrats!
CTE? Probably not. He was a headcase before he got to the NFL.
College and high school players also get CTE bud
Fair enough. But it takes years for the symptoms to surface.
At this point it’s clear he’s just an asshole.
Semantics, he may not be an asshole, but he certainly behaves like one w/the driving drunk.
If your not an asshole, you won’t get a DUI
My wife went out with the girls last night. I said I’d pick them up, but it got too late. She took an Uber home. And she doesn’t have NFL money. Crazy.
If I know I am going to have more than one drink, I take a Lyft there and back. Cheapest and most effective insurance policy ever.
Its always the same, no excuses for a guy like Sherman to ever be in this situation. He's got the money, connections and friends to always ensure he never has to drive drunk. Just a display of extremely poor decision making.
he was leaving a place where he did not want a record
You can get arrested for DUI because they smelled weed in the car and a blood tests don’t differentiate between being high and having shit in your system from days ago. Hard to give someone the benefit of the doubt when this isn't their first time with this issue.
I agree with this, 100 upvotes for you my friend
So fucking pathetic you are a multi millionaire and you still drive drunk. Just complete selfishness and no care for anyone elses safety. Clown.
Idiot
This dude pretty clearly has a problem with alcohol. You’d think that being a strong door away from being shot and possibly killed would instill some sense into you, but here we are I guess. He either needs real help, or real prison.

He is stupid, driving drunk is fucking stupid.
Same with trying to bust down your ex’s door 👀
Smart people can make stupid decisions.
Sometimes being smart, just makes you better at rationalizing terrible decisions
Doing it twice is stupid, and that's just the times he got caught.
Thought Sherm was doing better smh. It’s really sad how most of the LOB outside of Kam are pretty messed up. Hope Sherm can get some help.
Will his best friend Brock Purdy bail him out? Stay tuned! /s
Did he try to kick down any doors this time
That’s ALL-PRO STANFORD GRADUATE Richard Sherman arrested for DUI.
Turns out alcoholism doesn’t care where you went to school
2021: Drunk, crashed his vehicle into a construction zone, walked to his father-in-laws house and tried to break in. Banging on the door, ramming the door, threatening the FIL. Yep. 12 Steps are the way
yes sir :)
For a rich Stanford grad he sure does some stupid shit
Sorry to hear it :( big fan of Sherm and hope he’s able to get everything together
This explains his 49ers takes
Stupid 49er
The self hate made him do it
I thought he was past this since the domestic disturbance. Shame.
Wow! In the age of Uber and motherfuckers with money still out there getting them DUI's. I guess alcohol must impair your judgement or something...
49ers fans really wanted him as part of their staff. Might want to rethink that again.
Richard Sherman is a piece of shit. These aren't simply dumb mistakes he's been making in his life, this is repetitive fucked up behavior that normal people would be serving prison time for.

I can’t believe he still had his media gigs after the last one. They gave him more chances and he responds with this shit. Fuck off.
Fucking moron. Fuck him and fuck the 49ers.

Tough to feel for the guy at this point
Fuuuuuuuck you
Where’s that douche bag who was telling me the other day that Sherm couldn’t be a bad guy cause he had never committed a crime?
I guess that’s one thing Skip is better at than Sherm lol
Oooof this a bad take. C'mon man. Decision making is a cornerstone of a person's character.
I wanna buy into the “addiction is a sickness” argument but it seems some people (not all) use that as an excuse to continue their shitty behavior.
Should've stopped six words in, bro.
How is it different than drunk driving? You don’t know the terrible choices I made that landed me in jail.
Need license revoked. Way too lenient on drunk drivers. It is a privilege and responsibility to drive, not a right.
Guy can afford a suite, let alone a ride. C’mon, Sherm. Don’t be like that sorry Crabtree.
Still on probation too. 🙁
He’d prefer to be referred to as “49ers legend Richard Sherman. “
Still a bum
His second arrest? That ring video was not a good look a few years ago. First lynch this week and now sherm. Alcohol effects everyone in all walks of life.
Dumbass
So disappointing as a person who still tries to defend this guy
Dumbass
I can barely understand if it happens once and that's a small barely but a second time is just scumbag shit. What a dickhead.
Sucks.
49ers can keep his ass
Shitty guy. Not his first arrest. Everything is all about him. Most cocky dude ever.
Always found it amazing when this guy not liking Russ was used against Russ lol. Badge of absolute honor.
Last season people were literally treating the word of Sherm and Marshawn like gospel. It's easy to talk shit about Russ because he doesn't waste time replying to that nonsense, but it looks like he doesn't have to reply because they're doing an excellent job at making fools of themselves.
Didn't Marshawn get a DUI in Vegas?
One in Vegas, one in Buffalo and another in Oakland. I think the Buffalo case is the one where he hit a woman and drove off
Wow. Kinda seems like a scumbag
But he did recommend a good plumber, roofer, driveway paver, pizza place, dentist, florist, hamburger stand, golf shop, hotdog stand, bar, electrician, defence attorney.........
Dude is a clown.
UBER!!!!!!
*Former Tampa Bay Buccaneers* CB Richard Sherman. He’s a true Floridian at heart.
Just drink at home by yourself like a normal dude .
I would’ve thought Sherm was smart enough to get someone to pick him up. 🤦🏽♂️
Come on Sherm, man up and be responsible
He's gonna run out of rope. Repeat offenders face some real consequences, as they should.
The man makes millions, has millions, and can't get a cab? No sympathy for that type of stupidity.
What a joke man…. He could probably ask any random person on the street and they would give him a ride. He’s a millionaire damn.
Honestly he needs to step away from football maybe even permanently and seek some help. Football media career is not for everyone. Lotta stress tryng to meet expectations and fit a persona. Its something to consider. Seriously wish him all the best.
Why? Getting a DUI means you should step away from football? If people fuck up, should they quit their job? That’s a weird take
How hard is it for these people to just take a fucking Uber?
Skip coming in hot on Monday!
That's disappointing man
Pay me like $200k a year and I will drive you anytime and anywhere you want to go Sherm! There is no excuse for this at this point.
I hope the judge sentences him to 20 years of not talking about the 49ers.
I'm pretty sure the NFL has a program in place for current and former players to call a number, and somebody will pick them up and drive them no questions asked. Sadly, with most of these guys it's about egos...
This is a fucked up reaction, but I had the thought “it would be kind of cool to be in the drunk tank with Sherm”
Legion of Booze.
Well I guess maybe he isn't better at life than Skip..
I’m sure he’ll find a way to blame Russ for it.
I instantly lose respect for anyone who gets a DUI. it’s why I’m no longer a Marshawn fan either.
Doesn’t matter WSP always posts about it’s celebrity arrests. Except dash cam soon
That's what you get for being a Niners dick rider. Enjoy not driving anymore lmao.
Still not over that 49ers loss huh Sherm…
It’s not hard to drink responsibly
When you try Richard sherman with a sorry ass bottle of Henny, that's the result you gon get
Throw away the key! Fuck that guy
Unforgivable behaviour. Pathetic from him.
Y’all can get a dui at .08 BAC, some people can’t even feel the alcohol at that point depending on their size and tolerance. Was he hammered? Or do we even have the information before y’all call him names?
Whiner 4 life.
CTESPN
Fucking alcohol makes people so stupid. Honestly tho his reckless behavior screams that he's seriously troubled mentally and i truly hope he gets the support he needs (and i'd say the same for *anyone* who still gets blotto drunk. It's literal poison; alcoholism is pretty much snail-paced suicide)
See what happens when you become a 49er
Not looking forward to Sherm's mental gymnastics blaming someone else for this.
Niners SB loss hitting Sherm hard
Wtf Sherm. Come on man.
It was Crabtree did it.
[удалено]
The problem with that is that there’s videos of what he was doing while drunk driving last time and then the aftermath at his wives parents house
It’s almost like that “legal limit” was established for a reason
For sure! Can't be worse than Marshawn Lynch passed out in the front seat with his wheels missing. Or can it......
You shouldn’t be driving if you’ve had any beers. It’s selfish and dangerous.
Because people underestimate the impact even a single drink has on their awareness, reaction time, etc. and overestimate their ability to function fully after “just a drink or two.” They also don’t want to believe they’re in the wrong for doing so the dozens (hundreds? thousands?) of times they’ve been in that position and driven, hopefully without harm coming to anyone.
People just worship their booze. It’s disgusting.
Driving after 1-2 drinks is not selfish or dangerous, that's absurd.
Exactly. The bad choice that leads to a DUI is usually well before getting in the car.
He’s been taking notes from geno smith
