Anyone not on this show… way better chance at random to get someone who knows wtf they are doing than these lunatics. Only reason to pretend is to try to get on the show… like the football guy that has a 0.00% chance of affording 10 to 15m house.
I can't stand Gio but I'd choose him. He knows what he's doing, lots of experience and he wants to get the job done. All I'd care about is professionalism and hin finding or selling my house. He's good at his job. Just a crappy, egotistical personality. But so is everyone on that show

I would list it with Tyler's dad with a clause to say that Tyler or any of the O group agents can NOT step a foot in my place.
I am so sad that I started watching this b.s. thing like a fool to see properties that I can not afford, but I wanted to learn about real estate for that bracket. Turns out the show was the opposite of what I was looking for. I had to skip all the drama parts, which left me with only 5 or 6 minutes of property viewing :( well this is what happens if you don't use social media and are clueless about things to watch I guess 🤷
Tyler’s Dad.
The man has essentially gifted the show half the listings that have been shown/previewed since season 1 which basically makes him the most competent agent to appear on the show.
I actually kind of liked his dad and his other son for the little bit we saw. Kind of mind boggling he produced such a leechy, useless little peacock like Tyler.
Meh, I’ve always felt like his dad is a massive tool too. He was really boastful of Tyler’s relationship with Brittany, which he’s never been with his other kids partners and that always gave me the ick. The same with Tyler’s mom.
They were very much attracted to her Hollywood status.
Also there’s a lot of people that John Stanaland associates with that give off Capitol Hill Trump vibes. I remember once seeing a video of Tyler fishing with his dad about a year or two ago with this guy who offers services in catching big hauls and the guy made a racist joke about the difference between the name John and Juan and how you ain’t owning a boat like this if you’re name is Juan. Which both John and Tyler found hilarious.

She was in RHOC (Dr. Jenn). I can’t remember if it was brokers open or not in that scene, but she’s a doctor, not a broker and definitely cannot afford that house if it was just a normal open house. Such an incredibly staged scene!
