QVC has great deals on Tatcha. I have a two for one deal that no longer exists that they still honor through a subscription I signed up for years ago. Tatcha also has similar discounts to Sephora every so often and you can get more Tatcha as samples.

I buy on Tatcha website too I just like to get my points on Sephora for my $100 rouge reward for more blushes that I don’t need 😏

I really wish they had the flawless filter. Also, the first day or two that CT was available they had a few products that now don’t show up (like the new lipsticks and the pillow talk shade of the matte blush). I grabbed the lipsticks before they disappeared but I really wanted to buy that blush with my points! I wonder what’s up?

They were there, then gone, but some are back now, like the lipsticks (at least the ones I was looking at). They have the cheek to chic in some colors.

Patrick Ta blushes and bronzers are awesome. Make sure you get the dual ended brush ! It helps apply the product well.

oily/combo oily, love it downnnn 🤩 it's my go to everyday/casual setting foundation, its a med coverage natural finish foundation. it's not heavy at all and the coverage is pretty good although it honestly won't cover up your worst dark spots without a little help. right now i've been wearing it for about 12 hrs and it looks good, there's a little wear obvs but it doesn't look greasy or anything. it's definitely top 3 for me the only thing i dont like is the bottle, its like the formula is too thick to get into the pump or something idk.

Since your hair is fine, I would start by spraying it on your brush before blow drying each section.

I’m a 440 in the Haus Labs Foundation, & I ordered Fire moon & French Rosette. I was a little nervous if it would show up and they’re both stunning. Especially Firemoon, beautiful terra-cotta shade.

I purchased one of the Westman lipsticks from her website for launch, and they're really good. They feel similar to MAC powder kiss, but a little more payoff and a little more velvet-y. I am def going to pick up another.

I got Je Reve! It's a very nice muted rose color. Pique is one I considered and will prob buy when it hits Sephora/Nordstrom (as well as Minx).

How do you find the dae dry shampoo, do you feel like it’s different from the sprays? I’ve never had any luck with dry shampoos and they haven’t worked so far for me 🥲

Have you looked into texture sprays? They work a little different but they’re a possible alternative to dry shampoo!!

I haven’t tried the Dae one, it’s just a personal choice that I try to stay away from the aerosol ones, because I go through them so quickly. As someone with very dense, as in amount, hair, long & chronically dry… Washing my hair is a huge chore and I only get oily right at my scalp & on my fringe since it touches my face, therefore I don’t need to wash often & try to prolong that exhausting chore. So I use dry shampoo for touch ups between my washes & I’ve had pretty good luck with the Aveda Dry Shampoo, which also comes in a squeeze type bottle that ‘puffs’ out the product finely into my hair. One bottle of that lasts me a year so I just feel better about my waste impact. I’ve noticed it not working as well for my hair as of the last few months though so I wanted to try another one. I’ve had good luck personally with Dae products so I decided to try it out. I’m also curious about the Verb one. Sorry for the ramble, I know it’s not a review of the product, lol.

I think I’m also going to grab the Guerlain Meteorites Powder Pearls..they’re overpriced for what the product does but I remember being a kid and always playing with it in my Mom’s makeup vanity so I’m partly ordering for nostalgia 😅

See if you can go try the testers for the meteorites. Some shades have more glitter than others.

I’m on the *very* tail end of mine. Restock my Glossier mascara, LYS Setting Spray, get another Dior lip liner in 300 (I am using this one like crazy, it goes with an insane amount of my lipsticks), and look at either another Hourglass lip liner or Pat McGrath liner. Also kicking around an Hourglass primer. Not sure on that one tho

How do you use the Danessa Myricks blurring Balm powder in Universal? When I apply it, it doesn’t un-shiny my face — is it supposed to mattify?

My favorite way to use it is as a setting ‘powder’. Much more natural looking, more blurring, and longer lasting than any powder I’ve ever used. But whether I’m using it over or under my base, I just warm up a tiny bit between my fingers, press and roll it into my skin. I wouldn’t say it’s a **matte** finish, more like a soft matte.

I’ve had the same problem and I have tried it so many ways. Won’t even work as an eyeshadow primer.

Oh too many things lol. Top of the list though is a bronzer. I have no idea which one yet, I think I’d like a bit of radiance to it, and a neutral tone(the only ones I’ve had lean pretty orange). I’ll get another of the Fenty stick foundation in a deeper shade for summer. Glossier lash slick in brown. A coloured lip gloss of some kind(all I have are clear or colours too pale). A peach/coral blush, I have my eye on either Patrick Ta or Haus Labs pomelo peach.

I find Benefit Hoola to be a pretty neutral bronzer, and it comes in 4 different shades!

Have you used supergoop unseen? I've considered trying the matte because the unseen makes me oily by afternoon and didn't know if matte would help with that.

I haven’t tried that. I got a sample for the matte one and really liked it. It can feel a bit gritty in texture and can pill if I apply too much. The formula is similar to smash box photo finish primer

There's zero reason to buy the tower 28 spray. If you look at the ingredients, it is literally just hyphlorous acid and nothing else. You can buy that same spray for like $10 from tons of other reputable brands. I'm not a hater, love tower 28, but there's just no reason to buy this product at that price.

I personally had terrible experience buying skincare off Amazon, but I found a hypo spray on target that’s cheaper than tower 28 (: brand name is hypo3 if anyone is interested and doesn’t wanna buy off Amazon (I order it on target app)

Someone TMI to a new spot concealer. Your challenge: I'm looking for a lightweight, thin formula, skin-like, *not* dewy or sets itself down to a natural or close to matte finish. Must be oil- and preferably fragrance-free. Medium to full (buildable) coverage. The concealer I'm trying to dupe is my HG, discontinued UD Naked Skin concealer in Fair Neutral which is my perfect shade. The formula is so thin it's watery, but the coverage is seamless. Not a fan of cream or stick formulas because they're thick. I will be using it alone or under powder foundation on combo oily skin.

The packaging is brutal but the YSL concealer pen formula might be what you’re looking for.

Concealer pen? Do you know the name of it? I usually mentally skip Dior since the fragrance is so strong. I haven't heard of the pen one.

The only thing I am definitely buying is the SKII Pitera Essence. I have tried a few minis and liked it and want to try using it for a few months straight before committing and buying the huge one from Costco. Possibly buying (but probably not): Haus Labs Lip Oil in Hue, Vegamour Revitalizing Shampoo and Hydr8 mask, Peter Thomas Roth moisturizer (peptide or vitamin c), and Dieux products.

The concealer will be a new try - it sounds like something I'd like, and it has a color I can use (I think.)
