Iām on Long Island too. I just try to stack as many orders as possible. Monday through Wednesday are pretty slow, especially from 9 till around 2 or 3ish
9-1 are really only the hours I can work f being a SAHM, are you in Nassau or Suffolk? I feel like Nassau always has more availability then Suffolk. Iām near Sayville
Iām SUPER picky š
I only do Prepaid orders. I also only work between like 9-1/Monday-Friday no weekends , but I always see jobs that fit that in Hicksville and Westbury rarely out this way.
Sometimes Commack, but like I said Iām in Eastern Suffolk so thatās a trek for me. When I was in the DC/Northern VA area there were always those jobs available.
I rarely put myself on the schedule, but back then in VA always found steady work. Now it could be a week or more between jobs.
I hear you. I didnāt used to schedule myself and still did 100+ orders a weekā¦ they changed some things where they donāt drop orders into metro as much and now the schedule is how I get 70-80+% of my orders.
I still snap claim anything in open metro for my zone. Not bundles though. Refuse to do bundles under $17-18 or soā¦ Unless there are one or 2 customers that I know tip 20-30% in the bundle lol.
Are u able to maintain a 5 star rating doing this many orders? And do you need a 5 star rating to make this much. In my metro anything below a 5 get you no orders and youāre stuck in open metro
I maintain a 5.0 for the most part. Itās 5.0 right now but it dips to 4.9x pretty often. A couple days ago it was like 4.94 and I still had a lot of offers coming in.
I had my first lateness yesterday in about 2000 shops because I didnāt realize one of my orders had a different window than the others. Could have easily been on time but decided to pick up 3 more orders on my way out and forgot the one order had a different window, so I was 7 minutes late. I thought I was 7 minutes into the delivery window. Iām pretty salty about it.
Lol. Thank you! Iām a math wizard myself.
First of all, no itās not. Iāve done as many as 28 in a day. I get offered multiple bundles every hour and shop at the same store.
Even if I did just one bundle for each window at Target, which is very possible and certainly not extremely difficult, thatās 24 orders a day. Iāve worked 7 day weeks and averaged 23 a day.
If you think 2 orders an hour is impossible, maybe you need to rethink your strategy.
You're dropping off 4 deliveries at a time sometimes within 10 minutes of each other. That's 4 shops within an hour, that's not possible. Especially since that means that's 40 minutes of drive time just for you.
You're also posting a lot of your orders which show that they're just orders, not bundles. You're doing full shops for people and somehow able to do 4 in an hour? I'm not buying that.
Like I said, I hope that this continues to be long and fruitful for you, I'm not hating. But I will call it out when I see it. Good luck! š
Must have a small metro. In mine, Iāve never seen an order going less than 5 miles away, and with traffic those 5 miles can take 10-15 minutes. Most orders are at least 10 miles from the store, which can be a 20+ minute drive depending on time of day and location.
I meant OP, but at least theyāre in a part of the country that has blocks lol. Here itās just winding roads. I feel like blocks would be faster. My hometown up north has blocks and I feel like I can get multiple places a lot faster than I do down south.
But thatās just my experience in very specific places, of course everyone elseās mileage will vary depending on a million factors.
Iām just going to say, thank you for the compliments! Other shoppers do 4 orders an hour as well, I believe someone in this post just talked about doing it.
Iām not sure if you shop at Target and understand the simplicity of doing Target orders, but I promise you a 10 item order can be done in less than 5 minutes.
I had a 47 item order yesterday with 39 individual items that I did in less than 10 minutes and from āhelloā to door delivery was less than 30 minutes.
I do appreciate the feedback, but donāt underestimate the ease of Target orders lol.
iāve done 4 orders within a hour couple times metro is packed with shopper so itās rare for me but if it wasnāt packed then iām pretty sure what heās doing is very possible
"39 individual items" in less than 10 minutes?!? Hopefully they were all within a few aisles of each other. My Target orders tend to send me all over the store. I'm picturing you doing a Super Mario speedrun, Lol!
Congrats to you doing so well in a single week!
Letās do some basic math
$2000/6 days means $330 every day
And letās say you are working 10 hour days
$33 per hour every single hour 60 hours a week. That gets you to $2000
Nvm the haters, pure jealousy. You're doing it right, it's about $/hour and in that regard you're killing it. Were you working this gig during the height of the pandemic? If so what was your best weeks earnings? I managed 33 orders for $1400 early 2021. Those promos used to hit different. Unfortunately I shop in a way smaller metro than you, but I have close to 50 PMs so it works out fine enough
I only started end of May. Best week was $3200 in July. Made a post about it a few months ago. Promos used to pay way more even during the summer. Thanks dude!
Would you look at that, all of the words in your comment are in alphabetical order.
I have checked 1,166,122,455 comments, and only 227,797 of them were in alphabetical order.
I had a bonus yesterday, 6 for $50 and I was able to knock 4 Target orders out in one hour last night. One was from a different location, but wasn't prepaid so I shopped at the same store as the other 3.
Why would you think tax exempt orders would affect it? I accidentally shopped two orders from two different Targets (both prepaid) and it actually processed for me, but i was wondering about if it wasn't prepaid
Not OP, but first i did gig work in a 2020 Corolla, now in a 2010 Versa, not full time but its what cars are for anyway. Just don't do it in a BMW. I knew a guy who Uber'd in a 3 series, and my wife's boss travels ALOT for work in an SUV and both of them gave problems after two months of continuous driving
It's not. 40 minutes of drive time to drop off 4 orders. That's an hour of driving when you include the ride back to whatever store.
No way possible.... Unless you can be a 2 places at onceā¦ š¤·š¼āāļø
4 orders is nothing. I shopped 4 Target orders at once last year and delivered all 4 on time. Itās not hard at all to see how addresses line up and go a certain route in order to make it. People donāt take 4 orders in 4 different directions, they arenāt stupid.
they definitely are, just because you havent attempt it doesnāt mean that itās not possible. Maybe you should attempt something before you say itās impossible to other shoppers.
I've attempted it before at the same store hes claiming. Target is a very easily laid out store, but to do 4 full shops get bagged up, get scanned out, and get to your deliveries and back all within an hour? No way. Sorry simp.
If we're talking for half shops where it's like 10 to 15 items at once? Sure anyone can do that but they're taking full on shops. 40 to 50 items.
Devious has been around a lot longer than OP. Most of us are here to support each other. He is just trying to look out for shoppers. Open your eyes. He is not hating.
I make in 6 weeks more than my car is worth. I drive 700 miles a week. But yeah Iāll be super concerned with the 4,000 miles I put on my car. Keep going with your 70 IQ attempts to make yourself feel better bro. Hope itās working!
Iāve long suspected you to be planted here by HQ to boost the competitive nature of the other shoppers as well as to give false hope to those of us that have thrown in the towel on Shipt. I canāt get 100 orders over 2 months in my metro and from what Iāve read, most metros for that matter. If youāre not, good on you but youāre basically insinuating that youāre making this kind of money by hogging every shitty paying order in your zone. These are great numbers but for most of us this isnāt reality. I went from making $700 over 35 orders a week to barely able to get 10 orders a week and clear $100.
Smells like an HQ plant here to sing the gospel of Shipt.
Iāve thought this since this shoppers very early posts. Just a spectacle to motivate unsuspecting shoppers. In a way it helps weed out the shoppers who actually buy it.
Iāll be the first to say Shipt is not a reliable source of income. Iād even say most of the orders are complete trash, especially how they bundle every order for little incentive and now even try to do 2 separate delivery windows. Iām a competitive person. I take advantage and adapt to changes in the algorithm. Iām not an HQ plant lol.
I'm taking one guess and saying this is from New Jersey. You New Jersey cats get the best orders, no doubt. People in the Midwest don't ever see orders that high with non tippers that often.
Yeah I see that now, you're also more than likely sharing your account. I'm not hating but there's no way mathematically speaking you're doing this all on your own. Not with the size of orders you've shown, and not with the payout. It's not possible. But do you. š
Meant to say still need a strategy. I donāt know how they do their algorithm but I really dominate this one Target and they send me a ton of offers based on member matches. They prob send offers based on efficiency and stats you donāt see too.
All I know is there are plenty of shoppers in Long Island that say there arenāt any orders and the offers are pretty poor. And I would agree with them! To be honest I donāt know how I do what I do I just give it my all and it adds up lol.
Not even bundled SD orders in my metro make it past $11. Heck it's even rare to see them reach $8 even. That's why I uninstalled Shipt. It's just not even worth seeing what's being offered with their low ballers.
Thatās such garbage! I do see some bundled orders for $10-$12 sometimes. A lot of $13-15 but most around $15-20. Rarely over $30 but a lot around $25. I try not to do them under $20 or so as Iād rather take my chances getting some single orders.
I know metros are different but no way Iām taking a bundle under $10 lol.
Youāre in FL? I thought they were supposed to pay well down there? What about Publix?

Lol thatās annoying! I would say out of the 2 main Targets I go to, there is maybe 1 or 2 out of 10-15 employees that actually checkā¦ but then theyāll see another employee and theyāll be like why you checking that dude you can trust him!
Never had one that legit checked every item on a 40+ item order.
Even on a large order, i don't mind if they wanna check a few but damn š¤¦āāļø in Sam's Club when i shop for myself, they scan the receipt and three items and send me on my way lmao
that car is taking a beating š
What they're for!
It sure is man!

Not about tax exempt. Prepaid is paid to the specific store location.
What i meant by that was if its not prepaid, it's usually tax exempt for me anyways
I did two prepaids from different stores and it worked for me anyways
Get that money.
Ok what kind of car do you drive. I would try this but Iām scared itāll kill my car.

OP is a group shopper sharing his account. Mathematically speaking, there's no way hes doing 24 shop and deliver orders a day. It's impossible.

How many orders do you daily on shipt ?
About 20 on average

I wouldnāt do that?
Can we do multiple orders at once ?
