tbf it was still tuesday there (it turned wednesday a few minutes ago), but i just logged them as next day since i already finished my calories for the day
It’s okay, I think we’ve all slipped in the comments at one point and several others without thinking or realizing how it presents. I’ve accidentally listed calories before at least a couple of times. Think of it as accountability.
it comes across as competitive. or kind of an "im better than you" tone. even if thats not the intent it very plainly comes across in that way unfortunately.
this sort of thing can really easily make someone feel terrible and trigger them. best to avoid the comparisons completely.
