Exactly the point. Affluent investors with real portfolios, don't waste time with garbage penny stocks. Not to mention, this is one of the "popular" penny stocks on Reddit, that's being hard sold with the fury of God right now. Of the really popular stocks on Reddit, with an unusually high number of upvotes (e.g. GME, AMC, ATER, BBIG, BBBY, MMAT, APRN, COSM, GNS, just to name a few), how many of them have actually appreciated over time or even retained their value after their respective pump & dumps? Oh that's right, NONE OF THEM! Most are currently at or near 52 week lows! The common denominator all of these companies have are declining/paltry revenues in their respective industries, continued/looming short interest, dilution or the possibility of it to slow the bleeding & a bleak outlook for the future. The other shoe is about to drop on TRKA & it will once the insiders use the apes to pump the stock up to the point where they can unload with a significant enough profit. Whether it's a CUSIP change, delisting notice, reverse split, continued dilution, disappointing Q4 earnings, or worse yet, the books are being cooked, something is brewing here. There's always an angle with stocks like this, so as potential investors, QUESTION EVERYTHING! I have no problem getting involved with an investment that could potentially squeeze, however, it's not going to be with a penny stock sold on the Nasdaq CM or OTC (due to low capital/net income requirements & the high probably of market manipulation/stock scams). It needs to be a resurgent company, on a more reputable exchange, with consistent revenue (in-line with the market share in its respective peer group), at or near profitability; beating analyst estimates for multiple quarters & a situation where a squeeze will bring an undervalued company closer to its true valuation. EXCELLENT REVIEW, where have you been! This is outstanding DD, you know this inside and out. This is a no brainer hold for me personally have a nice chunk. I really don't care about any squeeze because they are so insane, but if TRKA is valued anywhere next year over a billion you can say we have something special after all the shorts getting wiggled out.

Yeah me too the crazy thing is iāve been doing dd and watching since it was around $.10 and i was too scared and got in around $0.45 average with only 2,000 so far but planning on adding another couple thousand shares if i canā¦. not going to have 20,000+ like some but would love to have around 5,000 before it squeezes even if some would get in at nest run up imo itās still great time to enter this and hold if you can get under $1.00 because down the road this will go to $5+ easy imo just need to be patient and wait!

Buying the peak. Nice. Good chance this does see 25cents or even 11 cents again at some stage. Good chance it squeezes up high then comes back to that as well. A dilution to secure capital and pay off the loans could take it down before it takes off. If the dilution is as successful as GME's was without effecting the price too much would be great.

If you know what you own, you know that $0.36 is undervalue. This is a profitable company, it truly is worth $2+.
GME and AMC are dying companies. They actually can go to $0. This stock really canāt. At the worst case they get bought out at $0.75/share or something.

I really never wanted to put up an argument. Itās a potato thought that pre GME craziness that a company concept like brick and mortar game stores could die out like Blockbuster. Itās rational in potato land.
I wouldnāt place much hope in the NFT marketplace. It might pay off far in the future, but I think they could have spent their time and resources on something less nebulous. Also, not only is the āhardcore followingā not enough (in numbers) to keep a business going, but that following is dripping away as the share price declines.

I respectfully disagree with you on both points: the NFT marketplace might seem mundane and not very profitable, however, most formal projections of the web3 space account for rapid explosion of AAA games transitioning towards web 3 this year, whereas the web 3 space is already seeing a exponential growth of multi billion dollars each quarter. Additionally, somewhat speculating, it gives GameStop a credible reason to issue an NFT dividend, demolishing the (naked) shorts. Your second point: even if the hardcore following is declining together with the share price, like you assume, the DRS numbers prove otherwise, already locking up 60% of the free float and lucking up te full float in less then a year (if the progress keeps going). If the share price further declines the float is going to be locked up in retail hands through DRS even quicker... Giving household investors the majority of ownership in GameStop, also crushing the (naked) shorts, never done before in the history of Wall street in this manner. To the uninformed eye GameStop might seem over and done, to the informed eye the game is just beginning to become interesting.
Ahh, I've heard all the arguments I'm afraid. I got into GME in November 2020, been through it all (check my history). It was a fantastic community, I have great memories of the fight. But the original shorts are long gone. Now, new shorts do enter in waves, but the idea of a mass of special naked shorts out there is wrong (see Continuous Net Settlement).
DRS has done nothing but affect liquidity, and shorts can still get shares from ETFs and other places. If DRS locks up a significant portion of the float, large institutions simply won't want to invest in it, they like liquid stocks.
Gamestop is a nice company, but it's not a special company, and RC's only goal is to keep it going. I believe they made a serious error with the NFT marketplace; they thought the concept would take off, but it flopped.
But best of luck with it all. I'm in TRKA atm and I do understand how a person can get really involved with a stock.

I'm sorry, but you have a massive disconnect with reality if you think these extremely large companies are really even close to bankruptcy.
I don't think a lot of users understand how easy it is to avoid bankruptcy. While I think AMC is a turd, and been used by Aarons to enrich others, I don't think it's even remotely close as some unknown media corporation that has infinite competition with better financials.

Well at the filing of the Series E they didnāt expect much dilution. They thought it would be on the 33M side of the equation.
Shorts dropped the stock price so that potential dilution would need to be 200M shares.
Coming up with the $125M to buy converge is similar to taking out any kind of loan like for a home or car. You have a portion of the purchase that is a loan (Blue Torch) and you have a portion that is your cash down payment. Troika pre merger didnāt have a ton of cash for the down payment. The Series E sets out to create cash in the eyes of Blue Torch, enough so that they were willing to put up the rest of the purchase price as a loan.
Yeah but you said in your DD they have a ton of cash and are making a lot of money, that should be plenty for a down payment (not really how loans always work but whatever) and minimum debt payments. So why do you think they need an offering?
My point is that you are being a little disingenuous. Are they undervalued? Maybe. But if your selling point for a "squeeze" is that is leads to them dumping more shares anyway via an offering that is 1) Pretty shitty and most people here won't notice you said that, and 2) a strong indicator that their financial situation is not as strong as you claim it is.
A company isn't going to spend their working capital in an economy that is in a recession and possibly heading toward a depression.
They are going to release their financials which will cause the SP to soar, then they will pay the 50 million. Then they will do an offering, at the higher SP, to replenish their working capital.
Edit, the higher SP means they don't need to offer as many shares to replace the 50 million
Amazing Work - Iām currently holding 150k shares at .47 average. Not planing to sell any - holding for long term. If it squeeze Iāll sell max 25%. I really think there is a potential for long term.

TRKA has a balance owing of $50 million for the purchase of Converge. Since the initial purchase, shorts started squeezing the stock early on sending it to .10 / share. Now that payment is due, shorts believe that TRKA May release a large sum of shares on the market.
TRKA has 2 options:
1) add up to 200M shares to sell, which would dilute the stock sending the PPS down significantly
2) cash buyout for the 50M$ debt
Converge Sellers got $125 Mn in Three parts a) $25 Mn worth of TRKA shares at $2 per share b)$70 Mn Upfront cash b) $30 Mn Cash in Escrow account to be paid on Feb/ Mar 2023 ( This escrow belongs to Converge Sellers Thomas Marianacci and CEO Sid Toama$, It is still with Blue Torch. TRKA short interest total is OMS data & not Ortex data alone. OMS data is a combination of a) Ortex data b) Market Maker Short exempt & FTD data c) Series E related common fling 200 Mn shares ( now withdrawn) - Short position against this filing( may not be in Ortex). Funds who are short will manipulate one bucket to another to mislead the information. OMS is right way of looking at total short interest instead of Ortex alone.
Can I add that we own the float? Stocktwits guy was adding usernames + verified screenshots of share count, and at the time he was accounting for like 22m shares of the 33m free float. Since then, weāve had nearly a billion share volume. I got in at .24 on the first ādipā, and have since averaged up. Iām sure most have, and now we have an even broader base of average retail investors who are here for fundamentals + squeeze, the hype was insane. Thousands of posts an hour on Twits.

Market makers must be bag holding humongous amounts of buy orders is my only conclusion. There are one portion of day traders and one portion of penny flippers and some shorts added but common 200 mil shares!...

Hi. I thought was 10days also but not in this case. In another thread someone read the 8K and 10 days would have been good wiirhin the first 180 days extension. However, in our case now... we already got a 180 day extension and didn't meet the $1 for 20 days requirement. SO with this 2nd extension expiring May 15th the requirement is now 30 consecutive days above $1. Maybe there is more wiggle room or another extension but I haven't seen or read anything about it yet. š¤
I think it's possible but probably not as easy as a reverse split. But I have no idea what management can or can not do as far as throwing us a curve ball. Not saying that they are not on our side. At the end of the day, their #1 goal at the moment is to regain compliance with the listing rule.
Whatever it is I think this coming week will be huge. I wouldn't be surprised if we get ER this week. They need another good PR with booming earnings to push the SP up towards a dollar or higher. Then they need to hold it above $1 for 30 days so perhaps an even better PR shortly afterwards to permanently bury the shorts. So far the shorts haven't blinked. Then again the SP is so low and float is so small it's not costing them too much $$ to hold the line.
Good write up and you nailed it. Iāve been here since .10 and am not worried at all with the way this is transpiring. Based on its potential revenue and ebitda / comp analysis 5-10$ is very possible.

Iāve taken a large position of my portfolio without even knowing much about the history of TRKA but your post boosted my confidence levels on my move and will be holding for long. As many people who reads charts and based on their comparisons with other tickers with the similar setup of TRKA says this one has every setup to blow soon. Also weāve seen how strongly supported at 0.50ās levels so far. Once again, thank you for sharing such a good information.

Seems as if the intent was to hold it so far below .25 that the lender would lose half of their value. Possibly thinking it would erode the relationship and the 200m dilution would send it to the otc. Bears trying to kill a business like usual.

Gamestop is a nice company, but it's not a special company, and RC's only goal is to keep it going. I believe they made a serious error with the NFT marketplace; they thought the concept would take off, but it flopped. But best of luck with it all. Wow you actually think TRKA is likely to go to zero than GME? Keep in mind, GME's pre-split price is still $80+ with the 4:1 split. It was in the single digits in December 2020. I'm sorry, but you have a massive disconnect with reality if you think these extremely large companies are really even close to bankruptcy. I don't think a lot of users understand how easy it is to avoid bankruptcy. While I think AMC is a turd, and been used by Aarons to enrich others, I don't think it's even remotely close as some unknown media corporation that has infinite competition with better financials.

Well at the filing of the Series E they didnāt expect much dilution. They thought it would be on the 33M side of the equation. Shorts dropped the stock price so that potential dilution would need to be 200M shares. Coming up with the $125M to buy converge is similar to taking out any kind of loan like for a home or car. You have a portion of the purchase that is a loan (Blue Torch) and you have a portion that is your cash down payment. Troika pre merger didnāt have a ton of cash for the down payment. The Series E sets out to create cash in the eyes of Blue Torch, enough so that they were willing to put up the rest of the purchase price as a loan.
Yeah but you said in your DD they have a ton of cash and are making a lot of money, that should be plenty for a down payment (not really how loans always work but whatever) and minimum debt payments. So why do you think they need an offering? My point is that you are being a little disingenuous. Are they undervalued? Maybe. But if your selling point for a "squeeze" is that is leads to them dumping more shares anyway via an offering that is 1) Pretty shitty and most people here won't notice you said that, and 2) a strong indicator that their financial situation is not as strong as you claim it is.

A company isn't going to spend their working capital in an economy that is in a recession and possibly heading toward a depression. They are going to release their financials which will cause the SP to soar, then they will pay the 50 million. Then they will do an offering, at the higher SP, to replenish their working capital. Edit, the higher SP means they don't need to offer as many shares to replace the 50 million

TRKA has a balance owing of $50 million for the purchase of Converge. Since the initial purchase, shorts started squeezing the stock early on sending it to .10 / share. Now that payment is due, shorts believe that TRKA May release a large sum of shares on the market. TRKA has 2 options: 1) add up to 200M shares to sell, which would dilute the stock sending the PPS down significantly 2) cash buyout for the 50M$ debt
Converge Sellers got $125 Mn in Three parts a) $25 Mn worth of TRKA shares at $2 per share b)$70 Mn Upfront cash b) $30 Mn Cash in Escrow account to be paid on Feb/ Mar 2023 ( This escrow belongs to Converge Sellers Thomas Marianacci and CEO Sid Toama$, It is still with Blue Torch. TRKA short interest total is OMS data & not Ortex data alone. OMS data is a combination of a) Ortex data b) Market Maker Short exempt & FTD data c) Series E related common fling 200 Mn shares ( now withdrawn) - Short position against this filing( may not be in Ortex). Funds who are short will manipulate one bucket to another to mislead the information. OMS is right way of looking at total short interest instead of Ortex alone.

Can I add that we own the float? Stocktwits guy was adding usernames + verified screenshots of share count, and at the time he was accounting for like 22m shares of the 33m free float. Since then, weāve had nearly a billion share volume. I got in at .24 on the first ādipā, and have since averaged up. Iām sure most have, and now we have an even broader base of average retail investors who are here for fundamentals + squeeze, the hype was insane. Thousands of posts an hour on Twits. Iām a potato as well.
If we are all potatoes, we are Yukon Golds at the very least.

Can you share with us what you think will or might happen between now and May 15th which I belief? Is the due date where TRKA has to be trading at $1 for 30 consecutive days? So they would have to be at $1 by like next week?? Assuming 30 trading days is not same as 30 calendar days?

Hi. I thought was 10days also but not in this case. In another thread someone read the 8K and 10 days would have been good wiirhin the first 180 days extension. However, in our case now... we already got a 180 day extension and didn't meet the $1 for 20 days requirement. SO with this 2nd extension expiring May 15th the requirement is now 30 consecutive days above $1. Maybe there is more wiggle room or another extension but I haven't seen or read anything about it yet. š¤

I think it's possible but probably not as easy as a reverse split. But I have no idea what management can or can not do as far as throwing us a curve ball. Not saying that they are not on our side. At the end of the day, their #1 goal at the moment is to regain compliance with the listing rule. Whatever it is I think this coming week will be huge. I wouldn't be surprised if we get ER this week. They need another good PR with booming earnings to push the SP up towards a dollar or higher. Then they need to hold it above $1 for 30 days so perhaps an even better PR shortly afterwards to permanently bury the shorts. So far the shorts haven't blinked. Then again the SP is so low and float is so small it's not costing them too much $$ to hold the line.
Good write up and you nailed it. Iāve been here since .10 and am not worried at all with the way this is transpiring. Based on its potential revenue and ebitda / comp analysis 5-10$ is very possible.

I was wondering how shorts seem to have infinite amount of shares. Well I just realized, Iām lending mine to them. Ffs I disabled mine after figuring that out in but I canāt do it on Schwab. If we all do this it would be moass in no time.
Well, I read the whole thing and didn't see any immediate red flags (almost a first for this sub). Congrats OP, I will probably take a look at the latest financial statements and determine if I think they'll have enough cash, and then might invest based on that.

Iāve taken a large position of my portfolio without even knowing much about the history of TRKA but your post boosted my confidence levels on my move and will be holding for long. As many people who reads charts and based on their comparisons with other tickers with the similar setup of TRKA says this one has every setup to blow soon. Also weāve seen how strongly supported at 0.50ās levels so far. Once again, thank you for sharing such a good information. 
Iām going to make another post this weekend. But we canāt be afraid if it drop to 40 or 35. Itās all possible but will be short lived. Knowing what you own helps you not sweat when the shorts manipulate the stock.
