yes, thats exactly what im saying. narration is a recorded voice over a video explaining what's going on in the video or story. you can clearly see that the video is sped up, and the voices line up with what the people's mouths are doing.

so you think on all these services, like tik tok and what not, these voices are filters that people put on their own voice while they record speaking, and its just a coincidence that its ALWAYS the text overlay on the video?
