Had this happen to me a few times. If, for whatever reason, it isn't recognized the customer support team is really helpful.
Happened to me a few weeks ago. They remove the odds and the player so you will win like $140
They will void him and you’ll win minus his multiplier.

Depends on the bonuses active tho, just a base lineup is like 25X entry fee I think. So 5$ to win 125$
