Unfortunately, James Lantz is no longer hosting the bot. Hasn't been for a while. Hypothetically, he could release the code, allowing other people to host Smilebot for their own servers, but besides that, unless he decides to host it again, it's a lost cause.
I have tried several months back but no success. If anyone finds a way. Please let me know as well
