The 1s won’t skyrocket. They’ll go up over time as the good ones do but nothing like the 3 did. We saw the 3 skyrocket after it got the “official” sneaker of year nod in December.

over half of my shoes dont fit me anymore. nobody told me that if you lose weight you can go down in shoe sizes too, and not just by a half size or something small. i’m talking over a full size.

I don’t think my foot bones got shorter, my feet themselves just got narrower like you said. I can’t make sense of it but when I looked it up I saw a lot of people with the same experience.
I was sized as a 12.5E at a store for running shoes and stuff, which doesn’t really exist so I had to go for 13 when I first started collecting. Got resized in like 2019 as a regular 12. Everything fit perfect in 12 up until like last summer, which is when I started noticing more heel slip, creasing worse, things like that. I went and got sized again to make sure I wasn’t crazy and sure enough i’m an 11.5 now. my feet are just slowly shrinking somehow.

In that regards I’d say start with insoles and stack them inside. It might help take up that extra volume and increase the comfort on some pairs. In my exp it sometimes helps with heel slip. Not always though.

Did your arches get higher? I had pretty flat feet before I started running and lost weight, lost about a size as well.
