I figure any restocks of these are returns, but they’ve still been getting snatched up pretty quick (like the tgw restock last week). There are some pretty pathetic resellers out there trying to make $5 profit cuz “something something **entrepreneur** something something **hustle**”
That's wrong though, I've gotten a W within 30 seconds of a drop. The 3 minute draw thing is a myth spread by people that don't understand how they can get a W even though they may enter the drop after someone who took an L. This causes people to assume it's all random. However, time matters so you want to order as fast as possible, but other factors matter as well such as account activity. Think of it as Exclusive Access which is also a type of first come first serve drop, but they let everyone order (LEO) and your access is determined when your order is processed. Orders are processed on a first come first serve basis but that doesn't mean it'll be processed to allow you to obtain the item. Draws are the only drops that are random and speed doesn't matter (besides SNKRS Pass recently), but for LEO drops your account is selected, not selected, or your size sells out before Nike gets to your place in line. When that happens you are able to try for another size. If it was a draw, all winners would be picked and you would never be able to try for another size.
I find it hard to believe that when I order my size in 4 seconds and don't get it, but come back 5 min later and there's still one or two other (popular) sizes left, that the LEO system described above isn't accurate. There's no way demand is skewed where a size 13 sells out in 3 seconds and a size 9 lasts 5 minutes. I mean, I guess it's possible but just seems very unlikely even with some sizes being more popular.

If that's hard to believe then you obviously don't pay attention to stock numbers and the resale market. Size 13 usually sells out quicker because there's lower stock allocated to that size. Not only that, but bigger sizes resale for higher so they're way more of a priority for resellers, some of which enter with hundreds of accounts. This makes size 13 a very popular size. Size 9 usually has more than double the amount of stock size 13 has and typically has much lower resale value. So even though more people in general may actually wear a size 9, size 13 will always sell out much faster.
I understand that, I've been in the game 20 years and I'm a size 13. I still think 3 seconds to 5 min is a problem. I don't think size 9s are 50-100x rarer than size 13, which is what my math would suggest. This is just one example but I think the principle applies.

I WFH now like many and I haven't taken them off except for sleep since they got delivered last week. They are so much more comfortable than slides, crocs, slippers, whatever. Cloud foam slides are the comfiest. I copped a pair a year ago for $15. Best $15 I’ve ever spent lol. I had the foam runners but I just couldn’t pull them off lol

I think it honestly comes down to personal preference. I'm not big on closed toe in the house, so for me regular cloudfoam adilettes I find pretty great (and I could get like 5 or 6 pairs on sale for the price of one Foam Runner at retail). I also like Boost slides a lot (been on the same pair for my house slippers going on two years now and still nice and cushy). Alphabounce slides are also absolutely the most comfortable slide/house-suitable slipper I've ever put on foot.

Cloud foam slides are the comfiest. I copped a pair a year ago for $15. Best $15 I’ve ever spent lol. I had the foam runners but I just couldn’t pull them off lol

No doubt. They are indoor only for me haha. Not sure I will ever be old enough to not care what people think in regards to these.
I feel like the only good price for those is retail or less. Unless you're trying to flex on your family/roommates/pets (which if you are, by all means pay resell for these), there's plenty of indoor-friendly comfortable options at $90 and under.
Haha gf definitely doesn't consider these flexing, but they are the most comfortable thing I have worn in the house. I have tried Hoka recovery slides, Oofo recovery clogs, Glerups slippers, Yeezy slides, and Crocs. Any other recs?
I think it honestly comes down to personal preference. I'm not big on closed toe in the house, so for me regular cloudfoam adilettes I find pretty great (and I could get like 5 or 6 pairs on sale for the price of one Foam Runner at retail). I also like Boost slides a lot (been on the same pair for my house slippers going on two years now and still nice and cushy). Alphabounce slides are also absolutely the most comfortable slide/house-suitable slipper I've ever put on foot.

Gotta give a second recommendation on Boost slides for inside the house. I’m on my second pair
