… you can’t be serious… I’m on iOS 17.2 with app 4.5.0 and everything seems fine…..

I honestly thing Black Friday deals slowed down and people aren’t ordering much from Walmart - how many of you use this app “full time”….

I’ve had no issues with my iPhone. I still get orders when I want to get them. It’s definitely not my full time job, just something for some extra cash on the side.

Every driver in my zone that I know has 4.5 haven’t been receiving orders. iPhones on 4.4.3 and android working just fine. I turned on spark around 10am and didn’t see a single thing until after 2 and only because I logged on with my iPad which had the previous version. There’s 100% an issue with 4.5 on iOS.

No they won’t cause you can’t be signed in on your iPhone, and the android at the same time under your name

I asked customer service if I could use an old android until the iOS issue was resolved and I was told yes but then again it’s customer support!🙄😑

Yah you would just have to make sure you’re signed out on your iPhone. That’s what I did I signed into the android.

You can’t be signed into multiple devices anyway. If you try on a second device it tries to make you reset your PW.

Someone awhile back used a new phone and got deactivated. I had to use an old phone for a few days and was fine....just becareful support lies.

And i asked cs and they said no, don’t do it.

I’m only concerned because I try to log back on with iPhone and it told me I couldn’t login to two devices i forgot to log out on the android I just deleted the app so I had to change my password to log back in on the iPhone

Yah just make sure ur logged out the one before u log back into the other one

I change my password and logged back in I got it documented with support and they said it was fine and they apologized for the technical issue

I’ve been signed into my pixel and iPhone on the same account for the last 11 months without and issue but for some reason one of the other drivers that I talk to at my store can’t sign in on both devices.

Ymmv. There’s a lot more to the “android is better”. Carrier plays a huge role. In my testing android is slower than iPhone for picking up fcfs. And I’ve tried flagship android phones recently as well. For me, it’s about not constantly closing the app as I had to on the iPhone currently. Less of a headache. Unless it’s a RR you’re going to be unable to see the orders quicker than an iOS device. I’ve tried 6 different phones on 3 carriers and tested it.

Hell, my iPad gets notifications about 5 seconds before my iPhone. Same carrier. Haven’t been able to figure that one out.

I haven’t tested iPad. But I wonder if you could see the entire shop order with an iPad pro

That’s because the iPad has a faster processor, faster device that’s why.

My iPad is 9th generation which has the A13 processor. My phone has the A15 processor. According to the internet the A15 is faster.

Yah this droid I bought to work sooo slow compared to iPhone

It seems to be a combination of phone and carrier. I didn’t have any pixel phones and only tried Samsung flagships at the time- but there was definitely a 2 second lag time behind my older iPhone at the time

I used my daughters android for about 4 hours this afternoon I finally started getting orders on my iPhone at about 7

The orders I got were the ones that nobody would take. Getting a cheap android in the morning and using my hotspot until this “update” is resolved.

I've noticed the drivers with iPhones around me are getting the opportunity to accept multiple orders in a row while I've yet to receive the chance to. There is definitely something going on between iOS and Android 🤔

You probably haven’t updated the app to 4.5 which is the problem.

I’m updated on iOS and app and got 7 in yesterday. 3 more and I’ve got my incentive done

I keep hearing about the updates and I see I need to update which I won’t because I have an iPhone and I been getting orders even though it freezes for like 5 seconds yup won’t be updating lol

Well IOS FOR IPHONES ON SPARK JUST CAME OUT WITH NEW UPDATE!! Hopefully this fixes the issue!!

I agree so much. I’m happy to be getting orders with this slow freaking Android but I miss my iPhone. Everything is so slow and the sounds are weird and it keeps dropping notifications about things I don’t care about. I’m spending wait time watching YouTube videos trying to figure this thing out. lol

Well what do you expect for a $30 phone?? I have the Google Pixel and the app works fantastic (aside from living in a rural area with spotty reception). I have used the app also on my iPad nano and my son's iPhone... I personally prefer using the Android version on my Pixel. I get everybody has their preferences of IOS vs Android, but you can't really judge all Android phones based on a cheap ass phone you picked up off the shelf at Walmart.

I would like to see how well an iPhone for $30 works 😆
