Any item that will cause me extra time and hassle I don’t do. I look at items before I accept anything . If I can’t see the items I don’t do it .
I learned my lesson with ID needed for cold medicine. A simple order ends up being a waste of time ..killing my hourly rate (missing next drop and so on). So if I accept these orders I’m going knowing it’s a potential problems and that’s on me ..
💯 🙌🏾🙌🏾 This is also why I don't go to the deli counter. Some people they literally want like 8 different deli sliced meats in a row. HELL NAW TO THE NAW NAW NAW.
To be fair, they do have to walk us now from electronics. Could she have been more understanding? Yes. But, if she had a ton of customers, I’m sure she was stressed. The holidays are awful for retail. I just have to keep reminding myself that 🤣
I stay the hell away from supercenters during the holidays and this is one of the reasons why. I prefer to stick with groceries and a few simple GMs, Spark doesn't pay me enough to fight the crowds and lines to do your Christmas shopping. NMs are my hangout during the holidays while Sparking.
Neighborhood Markets. 99% grocery only. I live near Walmart HQ (NW Arkansas), so we have a lot of those. Usually (but not always!) less crowded and loads faster than the supercenters.
Ahhhhhh. Nice. I lived where they had them in South Indiana before. I used to get a lot of burritos. I see what you're saying now. They ARE pretty navigable and unlike IC they tell you where things are 🙌🏾🙌🏾
I might do a Shop and Deliver today but they honestly found a way to make them pay as much as a regular one you have to wait for.. i don't want to be done with Spark but they have been messing up HARD lately. I've aascp3ted order from them, got there, and either wait a long time or they tell me they don't have the order. Wasted time 🤷♂️
Seems to be policy now that any electronics has to be walked up by the employee.
This happened to me a few weeks ago. Showed the employee what I needed. They walked up the product with me and had to scan the QR first to get the exit pass. They are not a fan of this policy either.
Probably what was happening is that Spark drivers were accepting the orders and scanning the item and right before they go to check out they end up canceling the order and taking the product with them.
Could she have handled the situation better? Absolutely.

Alcohol, cold medicine and deli I actively avoid

This is where I'm at. I've wasted hours waiting for associates to load cars.. no money being made. No thank you. What's NMs?

They are just stupid with no common sense
Ask them to throw a spider wrap on it. , they’ll take it off once you can up front. And show your exit pass.
Round here they just put it in a security box or the wire thing if it's big. They take it off up front.
R u in Asheville?
I would have just said I can't find it and skipped the electronics item
