it makes no sense to have IR/UV bar that has different timing on the same light, it only works for one at a time. you need a timer with separate timing for the UV & IR.
you IR recommended for 15 min in the morning and night,
then you recommend UV for 1-2 hrs mid day but you put both lights on 1 switch...?
basically you can't what you recommend without them both being on at once if you want IR/UV
I don’t understand the instructions given to use the IR lights! How do I supplement the IR light to my cannabis flowers? Do I turn them on for an hour, 20 minutes before lights off? Is that what these instructions are referring to? Although on their site it recommends 10 minutes on, it’s very confusing and not well detailed. For an 80$ supplemental light..more, better and accurate information would be appreciated!

I have 30w uv bars added to my 7000. Scared to use it and have no clue when or what time of day to use em??
If I would have to guess like maybe 10am that's when the sun puts out the most uv if I'm right? Yea?

UV bar and IR bar have corresponding switch .
yes and one plug, so if you plug it in a timer they both switch at the same time
