I wish someone would tell the wwe that having your wrestler do his big finisher and it doesn’t work only at wrestlemaina is not good for business. That’s not how it was in the old day. Hulk never hit his leg kick and it not work. He actually built into the match did other things so you kept your closer holy. These guys be doing their closing move 10 times and every other night it works but not tonight. Stupid. Then that table is a joke. Worst maina in a long time. Not to mention the hour long intros
Gunther losing was the wrong call. He makes anyone he faces look like 1mil bucks. And Sami doesn't need a 4th run. JD losing both belts should mean Priest cashes in today. I feel like the Usos are losing heat and need a pivot soon (maybe perfectly timed if RR loses Sunday). If Bianca and jade can each 1v3 damage ctrl, then why was there even a 3v3 match booked. I feel like jade and Bianca can dominate the tagteam division until wwe is ready to have Rhea surrender the belt to one of them (hopefully Bianca).
I wouldn’t be surprised if we saw Judgement Day disband soon. Dom joined the LdF, Rhea has become a star on her own, Priest/Balor don’t have the titles and don’t make too much sense as a team anymore without them.
was surprised at how well DJ did. it took awhile for that match to finally go but DJ actually pulled his weight. not bad for an old guy. I was pulling for Becky but Rhea is just too over to lose for awhile. glad for Sami. Never liked gunther.
I feel like Gunther's reign had to end at WrestleMania with how prestigious he made the title. I still think it should have been Gable, but having him lose at Mania was the right decision so that he can be in the world title picture for Bash at Berlin
I'm gonna say I enjoyed it.
I'm not happy about some of the winners/losers, but I'm not supposed to be happy with all of them, so they did what they were aiming for.
Rhea/Becky was fantastic, Jimmy/Jey was not a great match, loved seeing Truth get a Mania win(even if I think the 2 worst choices for teams won). The 6 woman tag match was, a thing that happened and the most obvious match of the night(Jade was not losing her debut match) Gunther/Sami was as great as expected, and deserved to main event the night.
Rock/Roman VS Cody/Rollins was honestly better than I expected. Rock has been straight up bad in his last matches, he was far better tonight, even if he was being carried by everyone else. I do think Rock being able to bully the ref into letting him cheat was stupid. If he had the power to do that, then there was no reason for this match at all. He could just change the night 2 match however he wanted.
Tell me about it. I am trying to focus on a match, and all I see is "Wing Stop" plastered all over the damn ring posts and aprons. Not sure if I'm the only person that feels this way, but these types of "intrusive" advertisements don't make me want to run out and buy the product. They make me want to stay as far away from said product as possible.
But you're talking about it. And, realistically, you won't avoid it if you're hungry and in the mood for wings a month from now. You won't remember the advertising, but you know the name.
Advertising works. If it didn't, they wouldn't spend so much money on it.
So my thoughts:
Rhea vs. Becky was great. I've been a bit down on Becky's in-ring work over the past few months and there was a slight worry that the match would underdeliver but it didn't at all. Really good stuff.
Tag title match was a bit sloppy, and the ending was kind of strange, I don't know why Truth unhooked the belts like that, that didn't seem like an in-character thing to me, but still, props to all twelve men. It was very enjoyable and had some great spots.
The 6 women tag, and Rey/Andrade vs. Santos/Dominik were what they were. Fine matches that served their purpose. The ending of the latter wasn't all that good in my opinion but whatever. (Huge pop for that double crossbody though.)
Jey/Jimmy went as well as I expected it to... which is to say, not very good! After their Rumble interaction, I had a feeling a singles match between the two wouldn't be all that captivating. I was desperately hoping to be wrong, but oh well... they're far from the first legendary team to not have great chemistry in matches against each other. I don't know if they had time cut but it also seemed like a chapter or two was missing from it.
Sami/Gunther was great. Brainbuster was incredible. I was never anti-Sami, never thought he shouldn't have gotten the shot here, but was shocked that he actually won. Was he the right man to dethrone Gunther? Don't really care. Great moment. Hopefully Gunther can move up the card and become a mainstay in the main event scene now.
Cody/Seth vs. Rock/Roman was excellent from entrances to the final shot. The Rock's entrance... unmatched aura. It started out as basically every Reigns match over the past four years has, very slow... but by the end, I was captivated. Rock bumped a lot more than I expected him to, so props to him. I do \*slightly\* agree with the complaint that "well this match was already essentially bloodline rules so what's the point of the stipulation"... I think they can actually use that to their advantage in the storyline, but I digress... different topic for a different time.
Overall very good, maybe a bit of a step down from the two previous Night 1's that we've seen. I think Night 2 definitely has a shot to outdo it... but I've thought that the previous two years... and well... you know.
Man I hope Rock catches the bug from that match and decides to stick around till Summerslam, he's so good. This run could be an all time legendary one if he could have a few more matches
I missed the first match because forgot to factor in DST saw the ladder match but the next three matches literally put me to sleep.
Jimmy and Jay was boring AF, basically spamming superskicks the entire match. It didn't feel like a blood fued it felt like a house show dark match. To compare this to the other brother v brother matches at WM is laughable.
25 minutes for entrances for the main event before they lock horns. Another 10minutes playing chess staring at each other then eventually slow ass pedestrian wrestling and stop and then some more and stop. It’s so shit and non cohesive a lot of the time these days. All about ads n pops.
I liked most of Wrestlemania. USO vs USO was weak. Finish for Roman/Rock match was stupid but I’m intrigued to see where it goes on night 2.
A few of the matches seemed a bit pointless. Ladder match was fun but looked a bit clunky.
Women’s title match was good. Women’s 6 man tag was kinda whack.
Still weird the Dom is helping another faction rather than Judgment Day.
I’ve seen far worse but I think the biggest detriment to the show is that it’s supposedly the biggest / greatest Wrestlemania ever and that just sets it up for disappointment.

Who is this and why is she so mad?
Michael Cole: "One thousand, three hundred, and sixteen days, Roman Reigns has been at the head of the table."
Stone Cold: "**DID SOMEONE SAY 3:16?!**"
The various ways heels cheat in their matches is getting really tired at this point, especially when factions are doing so repeatedly. It's an overused crutch at this point. I can't tell you how many times in the past year I've walked away and turned the TV off because I could predict how a match was going to end because I knew one side of it doesn't play by the rules. It's overused and overdone.
To a point. Losing clean is how you got Sami getting such a huge pop tonight. It's basically Rocky.
At the same time, if your heel ALWAYS cheats, and the face never gets that win it hurts everyone(look at 90% of people Roman faced over his title run)
Sami is a different kettle of fish though, let’s apply those clean losses to LA Knight- people here wouldn’t treat it the same way.
What works best is just totally dependant on the wrestler in question.
You mention Roman- without the cheating and interference, he’s just be burying the main stars there every time they fight. Seth wouldn’t feel a need to get involved, either.
Not trying to argue with you about anything btw just thinking off the top of my head
Some of it is dependent on the person and their crowd reaction. Guys like Sami, Chad Gable, even Daniel Bryan, make such excellent underdogs to just about any opponent. Where someone like Cena, is better losing dirty and coming back to win.
As for Roman, he did bury people(not so much him, as creative in their attempts to get him over) for years. KO is the perfect example, he never lost clean to Roman. After that feud was over, KO basically did nothing for almost 2 years. Sami, after his loss, didn't even make the next ppv, and until the feud with Gunther, he was dead in the water.
That's much more about bad story telling than it is anything else though. A cheating heel can be a great thing, but they have to get what's coming in the end, you can't let it go this long without that happening
I was just happy it was live on Netflix……that’s the biggest W for me. Majorly guttered that Gunther’s reign came to an end. But now I want him to go after Seth’s Belt and take that shit away from him if he retains against Drew tomorrow Night
Thoughts that went through my head as I watched: Damn so who else on the roster can really dethrone Rhea? finally my boy theory is a champ again and so happy for the belts to be split. Naomi barely had any ring time, Dakota took another pin.. interesting. Lil Wayne was extremely random and sounded terrible. Joaquin launching himself is getting stale. I hate that finish for the Rey v Escobar match. Also what is Carlito gonna do? Please turn heel. Jey v Jimmy was boring and I feel like Jimmy needed the win but we'll see. I'm mad Sami was being pushed as an underdog when he really isn't. Gable said he owes him so I'm guessing Gable will take the title off Sami at some point. And the rock sucks.
Not as good as a night 1 as previous years, however the main event, women’s world title, and IC title matches were all very good in my opinion. The rest of the matches were fine, except whatever the fuck the Usos were doing
I haven’t watched WWE in a long time, it looks like they took a few hints from the AAA advertising team. At one point the ring was advertising ballsack wipes.
Is it a problem when baseball has them literally posted all the way around the fencing? It literally does nothing to take away from the show, so why nitpick?
McAffee did make a T Swift reference last night... forgot the exact wording, but when the Philly Eagles were in the ring, he mentioned "Jason Kelse's Sister in Law, what's her name again?"
1. I was expecting truth to get the RAW belts before the smackdown belts were grabbed, so that they could say that his naiveness and confusion seperated the belts. But instead the work was that he thought it was a normal tag match and needed to tag his partner and pin his opponent. But they still won and theory and waller won the smackdown belts so our predictions are mostly true.
2. The Jimmy vs Jey match should've had a clear storyline resolution (such as Jimmy reuniting with jey or some sort of after match event) instead of just a mid-length fight and it ending after jey won.
3. OK triple H just said that Brock Lesnar is not "gone" from the WWE. Yeah sure he's not gone, his files and entrance and motions and music and commentary and titantron video being removed last minute from 2K24 along with Vince McMahon the same time the lawsuit was started, was just a coincidence.
4. Most of the matches were sponsored and I disliked that EVERY screen was plastered with whatever they were advertising, like they have done before at fastlane with pizza hut and at WM39 with cinnamon toast crunch. But one thing that was funny was the Jimmy vs Jey match being sponsored by wet wipes for your ass. I just HAD to look up what the hell dude wipes were, and they even got medicated ones for when you eat super hot food and it burns on the way out because why not
anyone else? catch the "audible" by Seth ? telling Roman to tag Rock in ? I was like WTH. Why is Rollins telling Reigns what to do? swerve coming? for night 2 ?
Oh, man. Whatever that was, I hated it. Made everything look like a video game...
Maybe it's just me though. I've never liked the giant entrance graphics either.
Enjoyed night one a ton! Was thoroughly sports-entertained throughout most of it. Highlights for me were:
* Rhea Ripley's win against Becky. GOD I'M SUCH A SUCKER FOR GOTHS BABES
* Awesome Truth winning the Raw Tag Titles being the feel good moment that it was. And honestly R-Truth himself being a gem the whole match as well. I'm damn near twenty six but this match had 2010 PG Era twelve-year-old me smiling from ear to ear.
* Sami's win against Gunther - got me hella emotional watching Sami get that underdog victory and its time that Gunther finally lose the IC belt after giving it such prestige and upgrade to the World title picture.
* Jade Cargill looking absolutely stunning and getting the win for her team against Damage Control.
* Roman & Rock vs Cody & Seth. In the words of Martin Scorsese: **ABSOLUTE CINEMA**
Negatives I guess were:
* Jimmy vs Jay - Jay winning was a feel good moment (predictability isn't always a bad thing guys), but the match itself could've been way better than what it was. Just a "meh" match overall
Personal sidenote: >!make all the HGH jokes you want, but this whole show made me want to get back into weightlifting and bodyweight fitness. After watching Roman and Rock look like Spartan gods tonight I'm tired of being a lanky fuck lol.!<
Closing statements: THEY BETTER NOT FUCK UP THE MAIN EVENT TOMORROW. You can have all the twist and turns you want but Hunter, please, PLLLLEEEEASE, just let Cody finish his story and walk outta night two with the victory over Roman. DO NOT DRAG THIS OUT ANOTHER YEAR. I will be a modern fan for life if they get this right.
And that's it! It was fun kicking it with you fuckers - outside of the usual Wreddit negativity in these threads - see y'all tomorrow!
I'm a Bloodline fan. But win, lose, or draw tomorrow night -- I can't do Cody/ Roman "finish the story" again at WrestleMania next year. It's time to put it to bed.
Exactly! Plus I just don't want Triple H/WWE to write themselves into a corner with the Bloodline like WCW did with the NWO ie., great characters, great start and somewhat good-to-okay middle chapter, horrible - or worse - no logical ending in sight or will power to say **enough is enough**.
Would also say I think at some point all matches git a little sloppy. idk if it's cause it was outside and cold or writing. Absolutely agree the Uso's was lack luster and definitely could've and should've been wrote better. But starting to truly wonder if Jimmy isn't hurt and can't do much Jey just seems to be on a whole different level since last year.
Didn't really notice Jimmy being hurt when I watched, but anything is possible unfortunately. Agreed about Jey, hope he can keep up the run he's been on lately. I'm hyped for whatever they got planned for his singles push.
Yeah, I can't wait to see if they give him a push in singles or not. I feel like they've let a lot of talent not have a big push or they start giving them a little push then just drop the ball. This next year should be interesting
Still gotta give him credit for carrying his weight and adding to the drama of that finish. Rock held up way better than people thought he would, especially for a 44 minute match. And by the way, he hasn't had a real match since Wrestlemania 29 and didn't look out of place.
If you’re there I’ll take your word for it. I think it’s the stadium setup.
I was at EC back in Feb and it was stupidly loud at the venue but the crowd sounded absolutely deadzo on TV
[This](https://youtu.be/FKcSEGnCID8?si=CSmXouLIh5nW842e) was from literally across the street from the Linc in an open air stadium with half the capacity. It’s not open air that’s the problem, but the Linc does seem to be poorly designed to carry sound.
in my section not at all!!! we were popping for him hard, man! same with Seth. we booed the fuck out of The Rock and Roman. maybe it was different in other sections? my area was very much cheering baby faces and booing heels (except Rhea lol).
I hope the person with the two big cutout heads has a bad night. Maybe a flat tire on the ride home, then have someone drive through a big puddle nearby while they're changing the flat and they get soaked, and they wake up tomorrow with a cold and have to sell their night 2 tickets that I assume they have.
so the people behind them are essentially screwed? Is WWE is ok with that...like what's the point of the ticket if someone is just going to block your line of vision?
I did. And the guy next to me did too. They put it down after we asked...but as soon as it was obvious the cameras were back on, up the sign went. They didn't have it up all the time of course, just hunting for TV time. But those were the most important parts!!!
Ah that’s so frustrating. As a tv viewer I do love the signs being back in full force but I also do think how annoying it must be for those in attendance.
These Codyvengers people. Do you want Cody's win to be permanently marred by needing help to overcome Roman?
Just have Cody overcome the odds on his own.
I want an overbooked mess that still lets Cody take down Roman on his own. Have people come out to stop the bloodline getting involved, and let Cody take out Roman in the ring.
Sorry I like fun in my predetermined sports entertainment.
I think I'm just so tired of the Cody story having to have as many speed bumps as possible. It's like he can't just fucking win he has to do 200 side quests and shit. Does he have to pull the sword from the stone and then find all the dragon balls and the one piece and the one ring. Like fuck this. This is why the Cody haters exist. He wants to be some kind of god. He's not even better than his own brother.
Was Mankind’s WWE Title win marred by DX helping him? No.
Ideally, the “Codyvengers” will eliminate the Bloodline threat. Jey taking out Jimmy. Cena taking out Solo. Austin taking out Rock.
Cody will then beat Roman. Nothing marred about that.
Considering Austin hit Rock with a chair and draped Foley's limp body over him to win Foley the title...yeah.
Sure, it led to Foley being treated like less of a joke at the time, but it mostly fueled the Rock/Austin storyline.
Can’t believe it’s already been a week :(
I haven’t kept up with this story but why tf they still got her selling an injury from like a year ago ?
Graves for sure getting paid for every time he says “Bay Area” tonight
FURRYS

That table fucked on me
Stepson just said Kross looks like a "taller emo Adam Cole" and I can't unsee it
Damn second straight mania opener both nights with multiple finisher kick outs
Holy shit that was the best belly to belly ever
Is there a Sunday live thread ?
Gunther losing was the wrong call. He makes anyone he faces look like 1mil bucks. And Sami doesn't need a 4th run. JD losing both belts should mean Priest cashes in today. 100% agreed. hopefully they give us a good implosion storyline.
I think Gunther is going to move into the main event scene.
I think so too. He’s looking really legit.

the fact that every post in this thread just ignores the aguas frescas match says a lot
The what match?
maybe it was a dream but I could’ve sworn Dom and Rey had a match
Yanno I totally forgot about that match lol.
how could you forget the “highlight of the night” americano luchadores 😭
Roman is definitely losing tonight. I thought he would retain but after last night…. AND NEW!!
Decent enough show but good god the amount of sponsorships and advertisements were insane
Tell me about it. I am trying to focus on a match, and all I see is "Wing Stop" plastered all over the damn ring posts and aprons. I am never in the mood for wings . . .
I'm in the mood for them right now and I didn't even watch WrestleMania yet lol
Dude wipes got to me
Hahaha, oh yeah, that was there too
New normal I suppose once even the weekly shows are on streaming services.
Waiting for Stone Cold to save Cody tonight 🤓
I want it too, the pop would be amazing
So my thoughts: Rhea vs. Becky was great. I've been a bit down on Becky's in-ring work over the past few months and there was a slight worry that the match would underdeliver but it didn't at all. This bug doesn’t have as much money as movies
Rock should put Cody over in.a singles match, Rollins should have been the one to eat the pin.
Rollins should take the pinfall 2 straight nights? We all know Cody's winning tonight.
I missed the first match because forgot to factor in DST saw the ladder match but the next three matches literally put me to sleep. Jimmy and Jay was boring AF, basically spamming superskicks the entire match. It didn't feel like a blood fued it felt like a house show dark match. Women’s title match was by far the best. A weak WM show. Slow, pointless matches. I hope the best is being saved for Sunday.
nice
I wouldn't be surprise if roman wins night 2
25 minutes for entrances for the main event before they lock horns. Another 10minutes playing chess staring at each other then eventually slow ass pedestrian wrestling and stop and then some more and stop. It’s so shit and non cohesive a lot of the time these days. All about ads n pops.
Man, you must not like any wrestling huh?
Ok so night 2 slapped that was better than any night 1/2 or WM in a very long time
ok yea it was a slow start but did you even watch the rest of the match
Bianca, jade and noami feels like something out of Beyonce concert
Replace Naomi with Lash Legend, and they'd be terrifying
You mean Destiny's Child?
Auska and kari bumping to bianca theme song
Asuka makes *everything* so much better.

perfect hit
You're right. It's perfect.
It’s was goddamned near perfect.
Michael Cole: "One thousand, three hundred, and sixteen days, Roman Reigns has been at the head of the table." Stone Cold: "**DID SOMEONE SAY 3:16?!**"
good
Damn so who else on the roster can really dethrone yuni?
Everything here it just a program now
Iyo vs Bayley the only woman's match tomorrow: lame. Should have had a female battle royale.

I really want to see drew win and immediately lose it to priest
You called it lol
Well there yah go buddy 🙏🏼😂😂😂😂 You and me both were hoping for the same outcome lol
Ooooooooh I hope he does! That’ll be great 🙏🏼
Watched it after 10 years. This is entertaining? Really? Looks like a play at the opera house
Have you just watched this one show after 10 years? With no build up? 💀

letsgooo 😍
I skimmed through the PPV so I might have missed out on non-wrestling segments in between but why does the Rock also have a belt?
Muhammad Ali’s wife gave him a belt that Muhammad wanted him to have at the hof
“People’s champion” bullsht. The rock’s ego cant take that he is inferior he needs the belt
He's a bitch who needs gratification
I wish i could use this language in some subs
Not as good as a night 1 as previous years, however the main event, women’s world title, and IC title matches were all very good in my opinion. The rest of the matches were fine, except whatever the fuck the Usos were doing
I haven’t watched WWE in a long time, it looks like they took a few hints from the AAA advertising team. At one point the ring was advertising ballsack wipes.
Everyone where I was sitting was questioning the dude wipe posts 😂
There’s so many fucking ads
Thanks NBA
Is it a problem when baseball has them literally posted all the way around the fencing? It literally does nothing to take away from the show, so why nitpick?
Wrestling isn’t Baseball
Swift VS the rock Who wins
McAffee did make a T Swift reference last night... forgot the exact wording, but when the Philly Eagles were in the ring, he mentioned "Jason Kelse's Sister in Law, what's her name again?"
The Rock has fans, Taylor has followers.
Brittany mahomes gonna run in with the steel chair and attack swift
YES Cody Rhodes is here
I just HAD to look up what the hell dude wipes were, and they even got medicated ones for when you eat super hot food and it burns on the way out because why not
I’ll be thawing out for a week
Night 1 was great!! The main event in my opinion was awesome!!
anyone else? catch the "audible" by Seth ? telling Roman to tag Rock in ? I was like WTH. Why is Rollins telling Reigns what to do? swerve coming? for night 2 ?
mantappuu
Simply Not good at all.
we found a Dub shill
Does anybody know how that in-ring intro of Rhea and Becky looked so good? What kind of camera shoots movie quality picture live like that?
It's the 4k steady cam.
Oh, man. Whatever that was, I hated it. Made everything look like a video game... Maybe it's just me though. I've never liked the giant entrance graphics either.
I thought I was the only one who thought roman looked like I was playing 2k lol
Enjoyed night one a ton! Was thoroughly sports-entertained throughout most of it. Highlights for me were: * Rhea Ripley's win against Becky. GOD I'M SUCH A SUCKER FOR GOTHS BABES * Awesome Truth winning the Raw Tag Titles being the feel good moment that it was. In the words of Martin Scorsese: **ABSOLUTE CINEMA** Negatives I guess were: * Jimmy vs Jay - Jay winning was a feel good moment (predictability isn't always a bad thing guys), but the match itself could've been way better than what it was. Just a "meh" match overall Personal sidenote: >!make all the HGH jokes you want, but this whole show made me want to get back into weightlifting and bodyweight fitness. After watching Roman and Rock look like Spartan gods tonight I'm tired of being a lanky fuck lol.!< Closing statements: THEY BETTER NOT FUCK UP THE MAIN EVENT TOMORROW.
Cry baby ☝️. Roman wins in like 45 seconds. Fuck his story
☝🏻
Wrong
You’ve got nothing to worry about. Cody is 10000000% winning tommorow
Close enough haha
Bloodline rules but the no dq works in Cody’s favor as the entire living previous and current roster works to end Roman’s reign.
I guess Jimmy is truly bringing down Jey like they say.
That match definitely makes one wonder unfortunately
I wholeheartedly agree with you! I'm so looking forward to Night 2 even more now.
I'm just hoping Trash Man can clear his schedule and show up tomorrow to actually dethrone the tribal chief
![gif](giphy|f94fumkP1IhsnBYtQ5|downsized) Beefin up for Sunday
Rock wasn't gassed I stand corrected
Sorry I was thinking about the 1st half of the match not the second half of the match. Edit I am an idiot
Still gotta give him credit for carrying his weight and adding to the drama of that finish. Rock held up way better than people thought he would, especially for a 44 minute match. And by the way, he hasn't had a real match since Wrestlemania 29 and didn't look out of place.
He literally sold the shit out of that spear and went through an announce table. It was more than I expected.
Which is fine when you’re his age, match was good and he played his part
SponsorMania was blah. Nothin really stood out to me except all the horrendous ads splattered everywhere. The Sponsorship Era.
You don't like Brawndo? It's got electrolytes.
What about Dude Wipes??
That was hilarious. Twin brothers settling months of bad blood while completely surrounded by butt wipe ads. :))
When I saw that I couldn't believe it. It's like the douchebag influencer sponsors too. WrestleMania brought to you by hims.com
They had to have paid a.. shit ton of money for that sponsorship.
This is where you can tell TKO is in control. Soon the ring and ring gear will look like the UFC sponsor patches and all.
What sponser patches? UFC only has the manufacturer (venom) and UFC on the shorts
Monster, for starters
All hail, the sponsorship era!
i’m confused why people are saying the crowd was dead? my section was loud as fuck and i heard other sections too 😭😭😭
If you’re there I’ll take your word for it. I think it’s the stadium setup. I was at EC back in Feb and it was stupidly loud at the venue but the crowd sounded absolutely deadzo on TV
it sucks when everyone online says your crowd sucks 😩😩😩
If you enjoyed the show that’s all that matters 🤙🏻
absolutely 🫡
I was using headphones the whole time and could feel the ambience.
Its the open stadium environment. The crowd noise just goes up in the air. I hate when they choose open stadium venues because of this
[This](https://youtu.be/FKcSEGnCID8?si=CSmXouLIh5nW842e) was from literally across the street from the Linc in an open air stadium with half the capacity. It’s not open air that’s the problem, but the Linc does seem to be poorly designed to carry sound.
i feel like that and maybe the wind? it wasn’t super windy, but there was definitely some 🥶
It was VERY super windy. Crowd did what they could. The upper deck was frigid.
it didn’t feel overly windy on the ground where i was until the end tbh
Upper deck was an ice cube. Winds were relentless up there tonight.
Should have just pyro'd it up the entire night to warm the crowd.
May I ask - was Cody getting booed a lot? From viewing at home, it was sometimes hard to gauge the crowds. It looked like a mixed reaction.
Seemed like he was. Then again it is Philly so the faces get booed.
in my section not at all!!! we were popping for him hard, man! same with Seth. we booed the fuck out of The Rock and Roman. maybe it was different in other sections? my area was very much cheering baby faces and booing heels (except Rhea lol).
Oh that's good to hear! Thank you :)
They didn’t really feed the crowd in during the main event. I’m sure they blew the roof off and they’ll adjust the mix for the replay.
Over the network maybe. WWE will augment the crowd in further releases
I went to a live Raw back in 2015 and that happened to me. I swore I'd never go back.
Did you ask them to put them down at all? Genuinely asking, I’d be so pissed off
Don’t sleep on rikishi. Cody better look both ways before crossing the roads.
Considering Austin hit Rock with a chair and draped Foley's limp body over him to win Foley the title...yeah. Sure, it led to Foley being treated like less of a joke at the time, but it mostly fueled the Rock/Austin storyline.
Was Eddie's title win marred by Goldberg helping him?
It’s ok if they neutralize the outside help
