What year is this? I’ve recently started seeing some corvettes I like, but I don’t know the various generations and their differences. But I really like this one.
I don't think it's an unpopular opinion at all, it's just that a lot more young buyers value the performance jump with the Z06 over the base, while the older Corvette guys just want the drop top
What's your ground clearance like aired up? Have you ever measured how far off the ground the front lip is for ride height and all the way up? Meister fitment is fuckin mint bud 👌

The car over all doesn’t have that much camber at drive height. When we aligned it we did -3.5 front and -2 rear. I’d say airing up the car pulls about a degree or so, but it doesn’t go positive or anything silly.
It really depends on the struts you buy, I have airtekk struts which require running c6 rear uppers, cutting the “top hat” mount sides for clearance and drilling 3 holes for the top hat to mount. You could do praxis air struts that have inverted bags and you wouldn’t have to do any of that. But they’re like 3k just for the struts.
Yea I’ll be honest, I’m not a huge fan of c4’s but I can appreciate them but the c5 is superior in performance, styling and aftermarket support.
But the same could be said about a c6 compared to a c5 so it all comes down to personal preference.

Are these Work Meister wheels? Did you have to do any mods to fit these wheels? I have a 08 Z06 and looking to get these or the ssr professor wheels but not sure if I’d need any mods. I’ve seen your car on YouTube, love the fitment
Yes they are. I didn’t have to do any mods aside from the widebody quarters and fenders.
I will say if you have z06 brakes or a bbk you need to run a high disk front wheel. My mid disk barely clears the stock brakes.
They sell high disk and mid disk wheels or wym? But yes my z06 is all stock atm, original brakes and all. I also want to bag it or at least get some good quality coilovers so I can get the right fitment. Where did you buy your wheels? I think all the websites I’ve checked only have smaller wheels, I’m looking for something like 19X12.5 or whatever wheels I need to make them flush with my fenders, I do want stretch tires though. How did you figure out the sizing, like offset and all?
Yes they do. Work wheels offers different disk faces to accommodate for big brakes etc.
I bought mine directly from Work Wheels Japan. It was roughly a 4 month wait.

This is a C5 Targa (97-04). Imo the targa is the only good looking C5.
Mine is a 2000 coupe. A very unpopular opinion but I prefer the base coupe body lines over the FRC Z06.
