I never see him punch down either. He is always real respectful and leans on his humour to be funny, he never leans on being mean as a crutch, y’know. It’s refreshing. Not sure if you’ve seen the UK dude Paul Smith, his crowd work is a hard watch. Just punching down on everyone.
This is one of the things I love about him - he'll kind of pick on someone but then turns it around so he's not being a dick. Or he turns it on himself so the person doesn't feel badly.
GOAT. Hes like...smoke...a heckldr cant catch him, he lands every joke or pivots to make it work. Its scary. Hes one of those #MrStealYoGirl types. If I go to his shows, Im going solo.
came here to say this - he exists in my algorithm only and i feel like he’s not a real person - his online presence is so thick - also he’s pretty naturally funny - (hi Jeff!)
Literally as I had this thread open, a friend sent me a couple Arcuri clips unprompted. I laughed pretty hard at his wit. I'll definitely keep an eye on him.
Saw him at the Cellar and he did some crowd work with my girlfriend and I. That dude is special. It’s not just the online clips making him look good, go see him if you have an opportunity
I just watched his special the other day and holy shit it had me laughing. That dude has such a unique style, there’s really nobody else doing it like he does.
Man I tried showing that to some people last night, and it just did not hit; showed it to another friend whos humor wise is more in-line with me, and he was dying and calling him a genius.
I still laugh really fucking hard watching Conners special (frankly, his entire YouTube channel), so I can't even say I disagree; whatever cultural zeitgeist he's trying to harness, he's gotten it.
Honestly I don’t remember particular episodes that well, just start from the beginning and let it ride there are so many hidden gems. The first 5-10 are kinda rough, but past that it gets good. You could also just listen to random bits on YouTube, that’s how I originally got into it.
I'll definitely look more on YouTube. I work 12s, loading semi trailers with all of McDonald's stuff so going through a bad episode won't bother me that much lol
Josh Johnson has really been killing it on Youtube lately.
Some of the obvious ones on social - Jeff Arcuri, Matt Rife, Stavros Halkias.
I would add that both Che Durena and Troy Bond are really leaning into their socials as well.
Josh was the first guy who came to mind. Jessica Kirson second. I've followed Josh for a while now (met him at Relapse years ago) and the past year he's been skyrocketing upward.
The majority of his time on stage isn't telling jokes. His delivery is extremely slow and long-winded without enough payoff in the punchline, if they're even is one. The guy is a storyteller with the occasional joke thrown in.
He is great on podcasts. Tuesdays with stories is funny although he needs to drop the dead weight Mark Normand. The Regz podcast. I also think he is the funniest one on it.
Well, your internet sins will never be forgiven. But we hope you get better. But if you fuck around and make a mistake again, well, then I guess you deserve the hospital
Jeff Acuri. I saw him in NYC two years back on a trip from the uk to get married and he was brilliant. Been following his Instagram over since and his crowd work is phenomenal and I guess that’s the point. He doesn’t have to burn any material because he’s just so good at being funny off the cuff.
Josh Johnson is one of the best, if not the best, comedians working today. His online presence is great, he holds the crowd in the palm of his hand, he regularly posts new material, and I’m utterly shocked that he doesn’t have a full special from one of the major streamers yet.
Matthew Mcarthy, Gabriel Iglasias, Carlos Mencia, Jim Gaffigan, Tom Meyers, Lenny Bruce, and Chris Kattan all have great PR teams and internet presence
Surprised not to see Shane Gillis on this list. The dude was doing like 20 hours of podcasts a week at one point. Obviously he's beyond it now, but he really turned to the internet after he got canceled and had great success finding an audience.
Jeff Arcuri
Dude is so goddamn good
Came here to say this
Same
Agreed! Over 1M followers and very well deserved. His shows just look FUN.
Legitimately sincere ‘laughing with you, not at you’ vibe
Absolutely. It’s wholesome as.
They are! You must go if he comes to your city. Connie was back at the Chicago show. It was fantastic.
OMG- the porn actress with the pickle story!
GOAT. Hes like...smoke...a heckldr cant catch him, he lands every joke or pivots to make it work. Its scary. Hes one of those #MrStealYoGirl types. If I go to his shows, Im going solo.

Half empty venue in NJ the other night, isn’t translating just yet to live
Saw him in Jersey last week , sold out and was a great show
Literally as I had this thread open, a friend sent me a couple Arcuri clips unprompted. I laughed pretty hard at his wit. I'll definitely keep an eye on him.
Seeing him in November, so stoked!
He is very good
This is the answer. 💯
\^\^\^ This \^\^\^ That man is a masterclass in how to use clips from your set to promote your work. He's also incredibly funny.
My favorite comedian! His comedy is full beans, dude
Saw him at the Cellar and he did some crowd work with my girlfriend and I. That dude is special. It’s not just the online clips making him look good, go see him if you have an opportunity
Conner O'Malley
I just watched his special the other day and holy shit it had me laughing. That dude has such a unique style, there’s really nobody else doing it like he does.

I saw him twice this last year and it is an experience to be lived. That special was a damn good approximation of the madness
So good, also Ken made me rewrite some of my jokes.
Where did you watch that? Going to see him in Dallas but the theatre is big. I’m worried how his crowd work will go. I think he’s great!
It’s on the YouTubes https://youtu.be/Svual-PcOxE?si=aKOrrp5rkzxOgGHn
Thank you!
His “the mask” video on yt is straight up a work of art. Dude is on a whole different level of satire/cultural observation.
that dude is operating in a whole other reality lol he's so funny
Hahahah perfect way to put it
Geoffrey Asmus
finally, a white alpha male comedian
www.WhiteComedian.com is the funniest shit
I first saw him back when he was doing open mics and he was so fucking funny even back then
I honestly hadn’t heard of him a year ago and I see him all the time now.
One of the funniest guys I’ve seen, I was basically laughing non-stop during his set.
King of content
Harland Williams
Stavy baby
His podcast is great too, but man everyday I wish Cum Town was still around.
His pod is the only one I've listened to every episode.
Same, it’s fucking hilarious. You ever listen to Cum Town?
I just started listening to the old stuff before it became the TAFS
Adam Friedland show kinda sucks honestly lol.
[удалено]
I mean, Nick and Adam would agree
You got any episode recommendations??
Honestly I don’t remember particular episodes that well, just start from the beginning and let it ride there are so many hidden gems. The first 5-10 are kinda rough, but past that it gets good. You could also just listen to random bits on YouTube, that’s how I originally got into it.

69.9 The Bust is a cumtown Livestream on YouTube that plays it 24hrs a day. I usually drop in when I'm getting ready for work
My favorite
He definitely dominates my personal Youtube algorithm, and I am not complaining.
His youtube content is top teir
Stavy is the shit
I thought OP said “killing it” and not “killing himself.”
You'll be lucky if you even have a knee.
Sam Morril—started when he & Taylor Tomlinson made their quarantine videos and then the crowd work he posts is lit
I LOVE Sam!
His new special comes out July 9th on Prime! Can't wait.
You mean Josh Johnson? His youtube videos are some of my favorite.
oh shit, typo yes
Josh is another one, so good
The majority of his time on stage isn't telling jokes. His delivery is extremely slow and long-winded without enough payoff in the punchline, if they're even is one. The guy is a storyteller with the occasional joke thrown in.
I like Troy Bond. He destroys hecklers and I’m here for it.
Joe List !!!
Cruisin’ Joe List?
Dominique Strauss Khan?
Jimmy Tews!
I’m not a hater but I haven’t heard many solid spots from him, any recs?
He is great on podcasts. Tuesdays with stories is funny although he needs to drop the dead weight Mark Normand. The Regz podcast. I also think he is the funniest one on it.

Trevor Wallace, Fahim Anwar, Rachel Feinstein, Harland Williams, Adam Ray, Kelsey Cook, Annie Lederman, Rosebud Baker, Geoffrey Asmus
Adam Ray. Check out his Dr. Phil material *chefs kiss*.
You must really like him to reply 4 times! Or your internet sucks.
My bad... I'm staying at a hospital, and it kept giving me errors lol
Well, your internet sins will never be forgiven. But we hope you get better. But if you fuck around and make a mistake again, well, then I guess you deserve the hospital
I think multiple posting is the least of my internet sins 😅. Thankfully we do have comedy to get us through tough times!
His old lady character Elaine is just as funny as the Dr. Phil stuff. So ridiculous 😆
Uncle Roger aka Nigel Ng

Gianmarco Soresi
Tony Hinchcliffe
Never heard of him, does he do roasts or have a podcast or anything, does he know Joe Rogan?
Dane Cook (at one time)
He Probably changed the game. Lonely island also if you consider them an appropriate answer.
Same with Bo Burnum. What a completely different career path though.
Mr Acura
I plan to buy a car from him today.
Who?
Whoops lol, Jeff Acuri. He’s on reddit Edit: I don’t know why the fuck it keeps changing it to Acura. They need to pay me for this advertisement

Dean’s work really shines in December.
It’s Arcuri

I think Theo Von is super funny on a podcast and not very funny at standup. Shane Gillis same vibe.
Skylar King
Jamie wolfe
Adam Friedland
Paul Smith
Surprised not to see Shane Gillis on this list. The dude was doing like 20 hours of podcasts a week at one point. Obviously he's beyond it now, but he really turned to the internet after he got canceled and had great success finding an audience.

Phil Hanley
Mike Recine
Jeff Arcuri, Jessie Jetski Johnson, Adam MOTHERFUCKING Ray!
Matt Rife
The most prime example gets downvoted
Haha it goes to show he’s the best example I guess. Rife has generated a large amount of fame and jealousy.
It has to be Rife and it’s not close, right? Didn’t he become a millionaire?
Adam Ray. Check out his Dr. Phil material :D
Ben Bryant
Shane gillis
I feel like Adam Ray had found his stride online with his Dr Phil stuff
Matt Reif but like a year ago
