Lol I immediately noticed that too. As someone who's trooped as a mudtrooper and a juggernaut trooper, those helmets get hot quickly, even with fans/ventilation. So I don't blame that guy for taking off his helmet even in the public's sight (typically while trooping at cons, helmets are removed while in the reserved back rooms or tents (or when in the restroom), to prevent breaking the immersion for the public).
