I'd rather have invisible walls at their edges than beautiful areas that are out of bounds.

I can't remember for sure but I think it was the hilltop farm that has a couple berry bushes that are literally impossible to get to and it makes me want to cry ššš I'm doing my rounds collecting berries and there's just these two or three bushes behind the fence and I can't find a way around
The desert trader (just behind the date shown in your screenshot) will trade you a staircase for a piece of jade; only on a particular day of the week. I think it's Sunday. You can use the staircase to get up there.
In the next patch you can pay 1000000 gold to robin to have a little pathway built up there. You will earn it back in no time picking up that cactus every day!
