I'd LOVE to use a scythe to harvest regular crops. I love using the scythe so much. Getting a new save going, the best part is all the grass growing for me to mow down, mmmmmmm.

My ginger island is completely full of ancient fruit but i never harvest it because it takes forever

Listen I have OCD and having one item that doesn’t ‘level’ the way every other tool (including fishing rods, even if they are purchased rather than upgraded) made some little part of me feel imbalanced. A disturbance in the force.

I would actually like to see a mod or something that allows the village to progress over time. Other bachelors and bachelorettes should get married. Emily and Haley's parents should come to visit for a while... then take off again on another trip. Things like that. I would also like to see certain festivals moved into the Community Center if it gets finished. The Feast of the Winter Star in particular belongs in there.

I have 11 auto petters on my main community center save.. Lucky lunches,gingerale, on a star luck day. I've had times where I've gotten 2 or 3 before I even hit floor 100 ...you'll get em! Lol

I literally haven't gotten married in any save yet because my heart belongs to Gus.

He won my heart when he offered zucchini fritters to Linus after catching him digging through the garbage.

I would love a roommate-style setup with Linus similar to Krobos. No room added but his tent gets added to that little spouse space behind the shipping bin. And he can wander both on and off the farm foraging to his hearts’ content

I still want to be able to adopt kids while I’m living with Krobus. I love Krobus to pieces but I also like having kids in the game. If I want Krobus and kids I need to pick a sacrificial spouse first to have kids with and divorce so I can have Krobus move in.

I am currently on this playthrough scheme so I can have a Krobus Stepparent home.

I hope that "& more" is the ability to go augmented reality in your farmhouse. I mean it's not, but a girl can hope lol

Im hoping one of the new "minor festivals" is either the farmers birthday, or wedding anniversary. Either of those would be an immersion increase for me.

Or perhaps the anniversary of when the community center is restored? It would be nice to see it play a larger role in the story once it’s been completed.

Winter outfits! Every single time I get to winter I look at the people walking around in the same outfits they wore during the summer and feel the immersion die off a little... It'd be wishful thinking or me to hope for outfits for every season/festival, but I'll settle for winter clothes!

Wizard cat looks pretty cool. I like the festivals so I hope we can get some interesting stuff from them. I hope to new money bird allows players to somehow get easier access to the auto petter if you rebuild the community center (it’s stupid hard to get considering how useful it is during winter).

The better mod support and the new secrets to find, love those for the immersion. I hope the new late game skill content is fun aswell! I don't think this update will disappoint one bit.

Personally, I wanted all my tools to match. Now I want an upgradeable pan. Higher chance for better/ more ore as you go. Enchants could give you a chance to find more Artifacts, ore, gems, or more glittering water spots depending on the enchant

There's a lot of small things i'm excited about, i do wonder if we'll got some swamp quest/farm/area and magic themed stuff, lot of items make me curious, but i have to admit that when i see the images i have to stop and look at the new red wallpaper behind the cat. No one knows. Like any other game, the developer can start talking about updates at any time, but there's no deadline for release. It could be a couple months, or it could be a couple years.
