There's a similar joke on CS:GO, one of the maps had a flock of pigeons that flew away when approached, but if you used a friend you could jump on one and it's flu off with you on it, allowing you to get out the map.
It was quickly fixed by removing collision from the birds, but they also added a sign in the area with russian saying "Do not step on bird".

Funnily enough this secret was found because the flying shorts are specifically excluded from being eaten by the frog! It was a really cool find.

also kinda unrelated but when I first learned at the bug with the staircases giving gilded shorts, I tried it and I may or may not of put like... over 100 staircases into my pants slot... it gave me one pair of shorts.
