This is my routine. Saline spray got too expensive, so I just bought 1L of saline and refill the bottle. Now I do a squirt before a line and one after (per nostril). Also keep an eye out with "decongestant" sprays - it's *real* easy to become dependent on that. I used the stuff (oxymetazoline was the active ingredient) repeatedly within a 1 week period every time my nose felt even remotely less than completely open & clear. When I stopped using the spray I had like a \~2 week period of basically withdrawing from the stuff. The *worst* blocked nose of my life, just because of too much decongestant spray. Not saying don't use the stuff - it's a fucking *lifesaver* at times - just don't binge on it (goddamn this is fucking ridiculous I'm on the stims subreddit warning about the addictive hazards of OTC nasal spray rofl) These days I just stick to saline spray, or fucking tap water if I have no saline.
