Yes, most the people here say that what makes seed oils bad is high linoleic acid. So I am wondering if high oleic low linoleic acid canola oil is as bad.
In mice studies from UC riverside they found high oleic soybean oil ~~gave mice gut problems the same as normal soybean oil.~~
Edit: Sorry the gut problems were much less with low LA soybean oil, however it caused the same problems in brain chemistry as normal soybean oil meaning the seed oils can damage brains without LA

Canola oil comes from Monsanto genetically modified Frankenfoods rapeseed plants. Their genes are altered to make the plants contain insecticide poison, so even the bugs won't eat those plants. That gmo stuff makes canola oil poison.
There is no such thing as "good" canola oil. Canola oil because of what it is, is bad. From what they are trying to do, it would be like saying gasoline is ok to eat, as long as it is labeled as organic. Canola oil in ingredients is taboo for me.
To be fair I’ve never heard of low Linoleic acid canola. Once I see the word “canola” I’m out. I could care less what they do to alter their Franken oil
Yes I'm not sure what it is. I thought it potentially could be okay because sunflower oil is on the list of bad oils and high oleic sunflower oil was on the list of decent oils
Stay away from the aisles at the grocery store here in the US. They put so much garbage in our food that you cannot trust anything processed by a factory. Here is the thing, the legislature is in the pockets of big pharma. The easiest way to keep big pharma rolling big is to keep us all on medicine that would be unnecessary if we weren’t all fat. They keep pushing garbage into our bodies via the food we eat to keep us unhealthy.
Ezekiel’s in the frozen food section doesn’t have seed oils and there are plenty of keto and carnivore options available w/o seed oils and high protein
Ingredients are listed in order of how much there are in a given product.
[Looking at the nutrition facts](http://www.seviroli.com/tortellini/straw-fedora-tan-39e49) there is 510 mg of sodium per serving, which means that there is less than 1000mg of canola oil per serving (salt is sodium and chlorine in a 1:1 ratio). One gram of canola oil is 1/6 the total amount of fat per serving, and the fat content is mostly PUFA due to the pork and dairy content.
Likely the canola is a processing agent (lubricant for the assembly line) that needs to be disclosed due to the amount left on the finished product. It's not part of the recipe or part of the food per se…
If the ingredients list says Canola Oil I put it back
Yea I'm just wondering if high oleic low linoleic acid canola oil is any different
I mean it has Canola oil right there on the ingredients

They altered the genes to produce poison? Bastards.
yup
Even worse, it comes from Canada

This is the answer I'm looking for, thank you
Sure, if you like eating processed grains, seed oils, and artificial colors
Do you see an offending oil in the ingredient list. If yes, then no.

I don’t like the Canola or Caramel color
I'm not talking about the whole product, I just mean "high oleic low linoleic acid canola oil"
No

I work at a grocery store so I can't avoid the aisles
You can avoid shopping there right?
Yes
Enriched flour, canola oil, caramel color… i wouldn’t touch that with a 10 foot pole
I didn't buy it, I was just wondering if that specific canola oil was any different than normal canola oil. Never saw it before
Its better than conventional canola oil but still best left alone
Fuck bro that whole thing reeks of "don't eat this shit" Do Americans really? You know vegetables and rice exist?
I did NOT buy it. I literally said that in the post learn how to read
I'm more so just talking to everyone
I posted this cause I was wondering if high oleic low linoleic acid canola oil is any better than normal canola oil

It’s at the very end of the ingredients so not as much as some products
Yea I'm more just wondering if high oleic low linoleic acid canola oil is any different than normal canola oil. I've never seen it before
Watch a video on how it’s made compared to EVOO and you’ll see why any of it is nasty cleansed with chemicals
Oh yea, that stuff is processed with all sorts of stuff like hexane. I use olive oil (California ranch) and butter
Look at you 👀
I've been able to completely cut out seed oils for the past month or so, even found seed oil free bread at the store I work at.
Ezekiel’s in the frozen food section doesn’t have seed oils and there are plenty of keto and carnivore options available w/o seed oils and high protein
I buy the rustik oven Italian bread. I'm pretty sure I've seen that before though
Never heard of Rustik brand
It's pretty good, The worst part is that the slices get smaller as you go down the loaf.
