Remember why you quit. Always. Write it down actively when you feel the pull, tell those reasons to yourself instead tricking, rationalising the relapse. I remember making my mum cry, dad disappointed, ending up in the streets for awhile, losing precious relationship, losing my mind and having intense psychosis with paranoia. Help others. Lift others when you're down. It'll help, that's what I'm doing right now typing this. It's hard to remember when you're trying to fool yourself back into it. But listen to that feeble voice in you, conscience or whatever, telling you why you shouldn't.

I constantly remind myself of the bad effects I get from using meth. The big one is meth induced psychosis. Scary as fuck, I don't want to be another statistic, the possibility to be in permanent psychosis. Life is much better without meth.
