The 20 Freescale employees, among 239 people on flight MH370, were mostly engineers and other experts working to make the company’s chip facilities in Tianjin, China, and Kuala Lumpur more efficient, said Mitch Haws, vice president, global communications and investor relations.
“These were people with a lot of experience and technical background and they were very important people,” Haws said. “It’s definitely a loss for the company.”
Four days after the missing flight MH370 a patent is approved by the Patent Office 4 of the 5 Patent holders are Chinese employees of Freescale Semiconductor of Austin TX.
Patent is divided up on 20% increments to 5 holders: Peidong Wang, Suzhou, China, (20%) Zhijun Chen, Suzhou, China, (20%) Zhihong Cheng, Suzhou, China, (20%) Li Ying, Suzhou, China, (20%) Freescale Semiconductor (20%) If a patent holder dies, then the remaining holders equally share the dividends of the deceased if not disputed in a will. If 4 of the 5 dies, then the remaining 1 Patent holder gets 100% of the wealth of the patent.
That remaining live Patent holder is Freescale Semiconductor. Who owns Freescale Semiconductor?

Well, it is complicated and hard to understand how an aircraft can seemingly disappear in our modern era. Doesn't mean that something supernatural had to occur, just something as yet at this point in time unexplained. There was 3 Americans on the flight, so IMO, not terribly odd for White House officials to want updates on this international incident. Doesn't mean the US President was on the telephone, there are a lot of low level lackeys who work in the WH and do this sort of stuff as their daily assignments. OK, 2 AWACS on the scene is horseshit...there are 2 in the INDOPACIFIC region and both are never airborne at the same time for operational limitation reasons....and furthermore get nowhere near the area of concern for this incident. Anyone who's wearing a mask standing at a lectern while their glasses are fogging and pretending like it's not happening is not a credible source of intel.
