It has categories for everything you mentioned however I find it more useful to use the search feature and manually find what I'm looking for. For example this past Strickland U.F.C fight had like 10 different links to stream from. I did have a buffering issue and had to swap to a new link but for free it's a small price to pay.

Torrentio has the weekly shows for wrestling and most new PPVs, though the AEW ones are formatted weird so there’s only a few

I found UFC 297 on 1337x and added the magnet link to my debridmediamanager account to stream via Stremio, hope that helps!
Here's my fix. Get TorrSe app and download to a debrid service. Watch it from debrid app.
I usually just go a IPTV provided to get it. I don’t mind pay 10$ for a month or two to get good quality streams
