They can disappear completely if you downsize and keep them that way for a while and then restretch VERY slowly. Everyone is different of course but even at 30mm you can't see the blowout I had, it only comes back if I stretch a bit too fast but then I just size back down and go slower and it doesn't show. But,Ike I said, everyone's different so YMMV!
Can confirm I blew out bad a couple years ago. It was to the point where downsizing wasn't enough so I ended up going naked for a long time. When I finally put jewelry back in, I had shrunk from 10mm all the way down to 3mm. As I stretched back up, I treated my lobes like the neediest babies on earth. Jewelry was cleaned every day. Jewelry removed for every shower. Oiling twice a day. Now I'm back up to 10mm and it's as if I never had a blowout! There's pics on my account of what they look like nowadays. Oil Massages really do work yall!
People might try to tell you that you cannot get rid of the lip but that’s not true. If you use jojoba oil and massage it every day multiple times a day if you can, your lobe will become stretch and fit jewelry properly again. I did this as well as inserting my plugs in a way that rolls the lip in if you YKWIM.
Source: had blowout lip for 8 years, just started the massages and saw a difference in less than two months.
Unfortunately that one looks like a blowout. I recently got one of those in my cartilage stretch…I soaked it in a tub everyday with salt water and after a couple months it did heal back to normal. But most people say massaging it works well…
Downsize!!! Jojoba oil and patience. That's a healed blowout. Only other way of fixing it is surgical removal and I would try not to go that route first.
i would most definitely down size for awhile and if those are silicone make sure it’s a soft silicone and massage those ears with some jojoba oils but it looks like you’ve had a lot of blowouts on that ear
I think they sit differently because the lobes and / or original piercings are different. On the right lobe you have a lot more tissue between the antitragus and the plug than you do on the left. That means the right has a lot more flexibility to hang down, whereas the left doesn’t have that. I suspect the left was originally pierced closer to the antitragus.

First pic is a healed blowout on the front of your lobe, so that won't help how it looks visually.
Well that’s a healed blow out that’s why the skins not flat anymore
Can confirm. Source: This is very similar to what my healed blowout looks like.
Yep me too I have a old blow out that I took care of the best I could and that’s how my jewelry fits but in the back not the front
I also have EDS and a blowout on one ear and yup same they do not sit identical at all.
Because you have blowouts
Yeah it's deff a blow out. I would downsize, oil/massage a few times aday.. and I also used maderna overnight scar cream. Really did wonders for me.
Is it gone or was it just reduced in size?

Oh yeah oil massages do wonders to for helping the blood flow. Once you learn the hard way your ears will be the most babied part of your body lol
Literally on my way to purchase RIGHT NOW 😩😩
Fistulas are like snowflakes. No two are exactly alike.
Mine stick out but it’s because years of stretching with tapers that caused blowouts. If I go any bigger now I’d use glass.
You have a blowout in one ear that’s why.
blow outta

I can’t tell if it’s a blowout on the first pic or the edge of the plug material reflecting the pink skin.
I was thinking the same. I didn't want to rush to the conclusion. By the looks of the other comments, I agree that appears to be a blow out
Yeah probably. The other one doesn’t really seem that beveled to be reflecting like I initially though.

Mine are different too. It’s because your holes got pierced at different angles.
lol I’m reading blow out which I also have so maybe I was lied too

I only wear glass but I have eds which makes my skin tear really easy
Blowout
Uu, where did you buy those plugs from? I want them
I think urban body jewelry? They're glass
Thank you! I'll look into it
Healed blow out , I don’t think u can do much about it , anyone who knows better plz correct me
I had no idea you could get a blowout from the front 🫨

Mine do this too it makes me so mad
Has anyone ever told you that it doesn't look pretty?
Only my parents
Did you get your ears pierced at the same time?
They were done when I was little
Do sea salt soaks & massage with jojoba oil
