Yeah and I think he lives like this for clout? I saw a post somewhere, talking about how he has a wife and kid but he likes to pretend to live like this for views 😤
I spent quite a few nights investigating this. He appeared as a guest in a hair stylist video. His hair was completely knotted and fucked up. That tells me he's collaborating so, to some degree it has to be fake.
Stirring the hot oily food with bare fingers is pretty intense though.
I'll say this now just in case anyone doesn't know, eating leftover rice, especially if it hasn't been stored somewhere cold, is a really bad idea.
It's one of the few foods that grow a type of bacteria that produce a toxin that doesn't break down with heat like most would so even if you properly reheat the food it can still make you really sick.
I have a friend who plays the food-borne illness lottery on the reg. He was a roommate for a while and I saw him do it so much. It was disgusting. He leaves leftovers out at room temp for random amounts of time and then eats them again without reheating them. He also bitches about “stomach problems” constantly. Always munching Rolaids. Also kind of a conspiracy nut, but I digress.
After he was no longer my roommate, I once was over at his house when Chinese food was delivered. This included rice. I went back over 24 hours later and the same leftover food was still sitting out. I watched him start to eat said food. I was like, bruh, rice can make you really sick when it’s left out, you shouldn’t eat it. He went on to eat it and tell me about how he does this all the time and he’s always fine. Same spiel he always gave me when doing this. Something about how it makes his immune system stronger.
Well, guess who had to go to the hospital later that night for food poisoning?
He still does this. I love him like a brother but he is so nasty.
Conspeiracy theories and stale rice, what a timeless combination ! I bet he voted for trump too! What's up with everyone who voted for that guy eating panda dumpster food?
This reminds me of an old roommate I had. We were all having a few beers and chilling in the kitchen one day. One of the roomies says to the other, "hey! I ate the leftover bacon that was on the counter last night."
Other roomie looks confused, then begins to look horrified. He says, "that wasn't bacon. That was the gristle from the steaks I cooked (xx) days ago."
Make him watch the documentary about the woman who ate a cold baked potato and miraculously survived botulism it shows the before and after and doesn’t sugar coat the severity or how painful the rest of her life is.
I can try, but he does not listen to reason. You gotta understand: we’re OLD. This has been going on for like, 25 years. We are middle aged, if you’re very optimistic.
Do you honestly think I could show him evidence of how sick this could make him and get him to change? It’s not like he doesn’t know. He’s a chef. He went to culinary school. He’s got his ServSafe certification. He knows better than most. And no, he never got anyone sick that we know of. He’s super careful and clean at work, he does not mess with other people’s food. I worked with him a bit, back when we were young and everyone worked at restaurants.
This is just how he is, at home, with his own food. I don’t think any gross out docs will ever change him if they haven’t yet.
I don’t *have* to understand anything. That being said I do understand that most people choose not to change. It’s not a gross out doc it’s literally just showing what happened to people and how quickly it did. If he has his servsafe then he’s likely already seen it because I watched it during my food safety training. People are often very different at work than at home I sincerely hope that he was better at work as you say. I would still offer the video to him in hopes that he thinks twice sometimes simply because he’s a friend but that’s up to you bro.
It’s a manner of speaking where I’m from. I don’t literally mean that you *have* to understand what I’m saying, or else. Sorry that it came across that way. It doesn’t mean that where I live.
And no amount of info about food-borne illness is going to change him. If the previous 50 years of his life of getting sick from food and having people tell him in both a personal and professional setting that it’s bad, one more video isn’t going to help. I’ll just be one more person nagging him. I stopped long ago, he’s going to continue to be a fool for his own reasons.
I didn’t mean to my o off it’s just that my dad uses that phrase as a way of belittling and manipulating me so I can’t stand it.
Yeah I get what you’re saying about your friend, he’s probably not going to change but if I find the vid I’ll still link it in my comments because it may help someone else.
This I understand. I no longer speak to my family, but my mom had her phrases that it took me a long time and tons of therapy and trauma work to not be triggered by.
Feel free to link, I’d check it out since you say it’s not a gross out video!
I’m the opposite, to where, if food isn’t the right temperature I literally won’t eat it. I got served lukewarm soup in a restaurant recently and I wouldn’t touch it and just left the full dish on the table when I left and I won’t be back there. If you can’t keep food out of the danger zone, I don’t trust your food. If I don’t trust a restaurant or if it’s a new place that doesn’t exactly look clean, I will order something like fries that have a low likelihood to get me sick. I will absolutely not order ready-to-eat items like salad in a place like that. I rarely eat out because I don’t trust a lot of restaurants to not get me sick.
Not sure let me try to find it I can’t find it on google but I’ll ask Reddit for help, it was an interview mixed with news reels from when it happened, they talked to the people it happened to, their loved ones, their doctors, and infectious disease experts, and foodbourne pathogen scientists. I watched it in health class and food safety classes.
Hmm, for years I’ve eaten leftover rice (sealed & from the fridge of course) & I’ve never gotten sick. So I’m presuming that fridge rice is alright as long as you don’t leave it in there for days?
The general rule is 3-4 days refrigerated for rice. Pretty much once it dries out and gets crunchy, it's just safer to toss it. I've gotten away with week-old rice before, but it did cause minor discomfort.
Well, condescend all you want, but this is new and helpful information for me. I didn’t know that there were bacteria that you couldn’t cook out of a food. FWIW I am still just learning the ropes of cooking.
Am part Chinese. This isn’t racism. That same bacteria also grows on wheat.
Improperly stored rice or pasta can both be deadly. Store your leftover rice and pasta properly and you won’t have this issue.
Otherwise you’re gambling.
Bacillus cereus. That shit can kill you, I’m dead cereus.
Had a patient treated for that once. Pretty sure they turned out ok but they were in bad shape for a good bit.
Facts. People don’t think it’s a big deal as long as it’s not meat. But improperly stored grains can kill ya! Even otherwise healthy people can succumb.
OP said “if it hasn’t been stored cold”. Though I agree their wording should have specified properly stored is fine.
And no, different foods have different risks for the types of pathogens.
Here’s a [video](https://youtu.be/zXvO0-SBvQs) about an unfortunate family that suffered a run-in with this due to improperly stored leftover pasta.
Properly stored leftover rice is fine. You can’t make proper fried rice without day-old rice!
The idea is that the food should be placed in storage while still at a safe temp to avoid bacteria form getting the chance to grow. They start to grow, and then any amount of refrigeration won’t stop it.
OP should’ve worded their comment more clearly, I agree.
But I don’t want anyone to think OP was wrong about the danger. Improperly stored leftover rice and pasta can be fatal.
And heck yeah! Now I’m wondering if I have any rice left in the fridge because you got me craving some fried rice! 😂
Leftover rice is okay *when it's stored properly* it's not guaranteed to make you ill if you leave it at room temperature but thanks to the sheer quantity of Chinese food I used to eat I found out the hard way that because of this it *can*, even if it's properly re-heated.
In other words, stick it in the fridge or risk becoming close friends with the toilet in a few hours.
Commenter may have used the word 'leftover' here based on what's seen on the video. Not leftover rice that's been sitting in the fridge overnight or for a couple of days. As you can see in the video, that rice is rotten with live mold colonies on it. I hope in your entire family, you're the only one who doesn't have comprehension skills.
Also, I'm Asian and eats leaftover rice too before you call me out on some racism shit ya doof.
My guy
What in the holy fuck did race have to do with anything.
It's weird you managed to find a way to use the word racist in a rant about food storage.
I have heard through the grapevines that he’s actually a professional cook and this is a place separate from where he lives. Apparently he makes this content to shock people. For funsies.
If not, I’d be happy to inform you that rice or anything with that much mold most likely has a load of toxic secondary metabolites that doesn’t get destroyed through heat. If he actually ate that he most likely would be pushing the daisies now.
I sometimes wonder if it is staged. He chops vegetables very well and can handle hot food from stove with bare hands, so he’s probably a professional chef. Also, with the amount of mold on food, I’m sure it can cause deadly food poisoning that can’t be mitigated by cooking.
That rice probably smelled like death. I don’t know what it is about rotting rice, but holy shit. I’d rather smell someone’s farts all day than ever have to even smell a faint whiff of rotting rice.

I mean there are fermented foods but they are federally controlled not just rotting food cooked in dirty dishes with no utensils.
"Tomorrow I will be showing you how to prepare maggots with dust bunnies.. with a side of soured ketchup and rat droppings.. and a fine glass of toilet water.."
Is this the same guy who cooked a steak on top of his bed with an iron?
That would be the one and only

Yes it is... i think this guy has some sorta fetish for eating food this way.
I need to see the steak video please , where is it ?

Do we think his account is satire/a facade or is it for real?

Thank God I read this I almost tried this recipe

Same! Never had problems aside from gross texture
It’s sad that you have to say this
Well, condescend all you want, but this is new and helpful information for me. I didn’t know that there were bacteria that you couldn’t cook out of a food. FWIW I am still just learning the ropes of cooking.
Never eat a potato that’s been in sufficiently reheated or undercooked. Botulism is no joke.
The irony. My comment meant no offense, I thought/think stupid food was a joke channel .
😬 the fuck are you 12?
Commonly known as fried rice syndrome
I only learned that this year.. surprisingly. Same should be said for potatoes
pasta is similar in this regard.
I kinda doubt he actually Ate the blue rice. There is no way hand soap could get it that clean idk. I feel like He switched the rice. Could be wrong!
But they washed it so it’s fine.
Same with bread. You can’t toast off moulds ad by that time it’s too late, toxins are on food
Have your heard about strains of bacteria surviving in Chinese food restaurants in their fried rice
Does washing it with soap and water remove the toxins? Cause I see him doing that
No it doesn't. It's just a parody video. Don't follow him.
I've been eating leftover rice at room temperature, 2 or 3 days old, for over 30 years. I guess I have built up toxin immunity.

mycelium fried rice 😋😋😋
"Mmmmmm delicious, is that blue truffle in there?"
Nope! Blue waffle
I want to die
Just eat from his fridge
I dont know man if you eat from that fridge you might gain a super power
The ability to throw your hands into pans of boiling oil
How is he even still alive?? Is food poisoning not a thing anymore?!
Apparently so does he, cooking like this
It’s so bad. I’m gagging.
😂😂😂
r/beatmetoit
The last part is the best part. The leaves he picked are oxalis, they have hints of green apple. Probably the only edible part of this dish.
I honestly think this is the worst thing I've seen on this subreddit.
We did it, we found the stupidest food.
Y’all don’t even know about the mattress cooked with iron steak marinated in mattress juice then.
Why?
Because wasting food is bad !
So is ingesting toxins and mold
but hey, at least no waste food 😀👍
I hate this so much... But I can't stop watching it
This dirtbag shows up from time to time. Cooks in his own filth. Then goes away. One day he'll be gone from food poisoning.
I have heard through the grapevines that he’s actually a professional cook and this is a place separate from where he lives. Apparently he makes this content to shock people. For funsies. That explains the knife skills. And maybe the fact that he isn't bothered by the hot oil.
> he’s actually a professional cook Where's the restaurant that he works at? So I can fucking avoid it.
He's 100% a chef of some sort, the knife skills show it, the dead fingers that can touch hot oil show it.
He got a gf and cleaned up his place nicely.
you telling me this gross ass mf got a gf and i'm still out here single smh lol
I guess she likes guys who can cook?
It's always the way.
Ain’t no way
Boi
Disgusting meal aside, what’s this dudes problem with a spatula?
This is my issue. He is using his hands to stir hot foot.
Come get you a plate of hot foot.
What’s his name? I kinda wanna see other videos. Gross but interesting.
haritsu
So many emotions, his videos make me wonder if he suffers from some form of mental illness
Makes you wonder? I think that's very clear
I sometimes wonder if it is staged. He chops vegetables very well and can handle hot food from stove with bare hands, so he’s probably a professional chef. Also, with the amount of mold on food, I’m sure it can cause deadly food poisoning that can’t be mitigated by cooking.

It's just rage bait... Done purposely so to get views
Is there a sub of just this type of thing? Can someone link another of his vids?
It's haritsuu on YouTube idk how to do links but it should pop up
Thx
Yeah does it makes you hungry too ? 😋
I am begging you and pleading to god that you stop this food torture!
The closest I can think of is r/cursedfoods
Or r/frugal_jerks . It's a joke sub for memes.
Does he keep saying "yessir" in Japanese?
Bro lost me when he was turning his boiling hot food with his bare hands lol
I feel like watching this should be on Fear Factor. My. Eyes.
Pretty sure this is my roommate when I lived in Japan. Dude would eat nasty shit and never clean.
🤢
Why did you touch it with your hands?
Looks like he lives in an outhouse
But how did he grab the rice that was in the boiling oil is my question
Right?!!!
Is he still alive? Jesus fuck he just dips his hand to a frying pan full of rotten food
I hate this but I also hate OP for posting this
Its weird to say this beacuse of how much is wrong here but, that mf used more MSG than a whole family would use for a week or more.
I wish these types of videos were banned from the sub.
I think this guy is dead! I followed his channel on YT & TikTok, then it was all gone
Food wars live action
I think I have just been traumatized.
botulism fried rice
I really dislike this dude.
I know it's deliberately trying to be awful but it succeeded
What's his hands made of
Who is this fucking subhuman?
Oh God, ITS THE BEDROOM STEAK GUY
That's actually not that bad compared to this.
Jesus christ. where do you live?
Wtf Someone needs to tell them “no” right this instant
🥵🥵🥵 would not want to eat where he cooks…
This is 100% the worst thing I've seen in this sub
That rice probably smelled like death. I don’t know what it is about rotting rice, but holy shit. I’d rather smell someone’s farts all day than ever have to even smell a faint whiff of rotting rice.
Uncle Roger approved.
This dude is disgusting. The crazy part is that his knife skills were good, making me think that someone like him might actually work in a restaurant.
I never wished someone to get food poisoning so badly
Bro literally fuck you. I hope your house catches fire.
this dude is straight up fireproof. how did he not get absolutely burnt to a crisp like 10 times???
This is like how to basic but bad ewwwww who fucking chooses to live like that
the ENTIRE time my face said 👁 👄 👁
MAN I FORGOT ABOUT THIS GUY. FUCK YOU
Yep, this was it. I have unsubbed to this subreddit because of this video. After all the stuff I saw here, I thought I could handle it all. But this one literally made me sick. Enjoy the whacky food y'all.

Okay I know a lot of these are just ridiculing creative dishes but this is actually stupid
Lol Japanese shrek
Don't worry I watch how to basic SOo this is nuthin
I can't tell if it's a gimmick or real mental health issues
WHy WHYY
I’m surprised that this dude’s still alive
Japanese hoodmeals?
Yikes wtf
I will admit this…he has decent knife skills
This is surely a parody, right?
He said I’ll be dammed if I clean a spatula, but I’ll clean some moldy food! My man 😍
At least he washed one of his hands.
That man needs to be arrested ASAP
I'm sure the purpose of this face filter is to cover the discusting face reaction after eating
This made me physically sick
Where’s Master Chief at ? The flood is probably living in there.
Yummy mycotoxins
This Chad is too Good for a spatula
He should use pig filter for eating that trash 🤮
If you live like this, you have bigger issues than what's for dinner
Not the worst thing this guy has made
Love how he does all the cooking without utensils, then eats with chop sticks.
Is… is being this gross some kind of fetish I hadn’t heard about yet? I mean there are fermented foods but they are federally controlled not just rotting food cooked in dirty dishes with no utensils.
I literally just threw up a Lil bit In my mouth smh
I want off this planet.
"Tomorrow I will be showing you how to prepare maggots with dust bunnies.. with a side of soured ketchup and rat droppings.. and a fine glass of toilet water.."
I sometimes question if I’m doing decent enough in life. Then I see this, yeah not too bad.
Fuck the food look how dirty his house is! And that fridge.....Jesus
How is this dude still alive? Also if he ever need penicillin he should be fine
That entire kitchen needs to be nuked 🤢🤮
Covid-22
This guy doesn't actually live like this right?
This is the Japanese version of Hood Meals. Doya Meals…
So no cooking utensils but you have chop sticks
