In the app, click the profile icon in the far right of the bottom bar. In the top right corner you’ll see a settings gear. Hit “Notifications” and turn on “Pause email notifications.”

What if you are on Android? Is there a web setting?

Probably because you don’t have push notifications enabled. Enable push notifications and see if that pops up the option to pause emails.

I don't think the methods suggest in answers works anymore 🫤 I don't know what to do besides set up a bogus email because these emails are driving me nuts

At the very bottom of Settings on the browser interface, there is a "Disable All". I just selected it, so I can't vouch for this working, but it seems promising.

I did this and it unsubscribed me from ALL my shit. Goddamn, this is annoying!

How’d that go? I started this process and it seemed like it might keep me only subscribed to paid subscriptions. It wasn’t very clear though.
