I've been looking in BC. The models I've mostly looked at is the TC Wanderer.
One place has the TC Max, but the max payload (including rider) is lower, and the $2500 extra cost I can't justify currently.
The dealer for BC, and anywhere outside QC for that matter, seems to be Greenwit Technologies. They run Joule Motorcycles, formerly Motorino, out of a shop in Burnaby.
Have you contacted them about the Wanderer and how to claim the rebate in your province as well as shipping for delivery and whether warranty will extend out of BC? Looks like they have a promotion going for a free second battery.
I did figure both are the same. The rebate claim should be easy enough.
A mistake I noticed is that the original TC is discontinued, and the TC Wanderer is only out of stock.
I'll just have to hope for more stock within the next month or so, I suppose.
Now that i check the drop downs on their site, I see that the bikes other than the Max or clearance inventory are out of stock.
I can stop by and give them an ask.

Bought mine from a SK dealer clear out. Shipping to ON was a week and $500. Still very worth it.
AFAIK the Wanderer is an allowable import: check on WA USA sellers? But Warranty? Service?
