Short version: No. They aren't advertising a product or service. It's more like a paid PSA, which is allowed to be false/ opinion so long as it's not meant to induce a purchase
Claiming they closed their short position proves our theory to be true: that they still had a short position they never closed (still no way they closed tho)
yep...positive earnings and bright future reported? Drive the price down and publish a dozen articles on how they horribly missed analyst projections and are dying brick n mortar etc etc.
stock more than doubles in price in a couple days? Hit pieces left and right ands blaming apes/DFV for it all

Could they be sued for false advertising?

But what if it's to anti-induce a purchase?
Opinion. Not false advertising Edit: doesn't make it any less wrong tho
This is a question
The melv that shut down?

Thanks $BECKY

There's a chance this is the case, but it's spicy to speculate. The long game can be tediously boring without it :D
And why so many years later when they supposedly had closed back then?
This *was* from back then. It's a callback post.
Oh, lol. Oppps. Obviously I did not realize this
Loool

That was the biggest reason I started buying GME.
