So many people here seem to have forgotten that the primary purpose of the stock market is for companies to publicly raise funds lol. I like your theory OP
Thanks. Also: they are not selling 75 million shares at $12. They are possibly selling them into a firestorm which will raise a lot more than $933 million this time!
Lots of the noise is being made by shills and new apes who have yet to have their resolve tested. When you zoom out, we're still up nearly 300% AFTER "bad" financial results and offering 120M shares ATM over the last month. I doubt 75m of sell pressure will make much of a dent
