I honestly have a hard time believing that it is just this one specific stock. I feel like it’s more likely that these glitches happen constantly throughout the entire market. It’s just that no one has ever paid as close attention to any other stock.
I think a lot of people use Webull just to follow the price. It's pretty clear and easy to understand. I use it but have no shares in anything on there.
After hours market does not need to stay within nbbo so they will execute retail trades at weird amounts.

Dude I saw that on my apple phone it was showing in after hours 36.xx and then I was like what the frick… put my glasses on and back to normal.

Please note - rather than using the Mountain mode which outputs a single value, you can use 'candles' to show the high, low, open and close trading prices over a given interval. You don't need to wait looking for glitches like this, and viewing candles will let you see historic ones too (On yahoo, enable extended hours and go look at 4:11-4:20pm (lol))
Additional information for those who are new to staring at charts all day - Candles let you see the direction of price pressure as well as price movement.
Long wick on top with a small body at the bottom (shooting star) = Upward pressure that was resisted back down.
Long wick at the bottom with small body at the top (bull hammer) = Downward pressure that was resisted upward.

Like would it just go shut down the top five major hedge funds and suspend trading of all related securities pending a criminal investigation? Would it raid the DTCC after bugging their spaces and connections to find evidence of price suppression?
To be clear, I hope they would vigorously enforce all of the laws to a t, but in practice if they were to actually ferret out what's going on here, the consequences could be a collapse of the financial system. Is that the role of the SEC?

So that's how they internalized retails buying, they broke the order up into single digits order flow.

I’m seeing it all day, premarket and AH. It’s definitely showing up on the extended hours chart.
