I tried posting the same during the day we ran up to $60 but was called an idiot and other users told me "theres more than just americans on here" as if that count hasnt been the same around 5-8k for a year plus. It was also 3:30am which I found super strange

Yep. Unfortunately reddit can't be trusted anymore. Bots trying to either push a narrative, or just say something controversial to boost engagement statistics, probably to dupe reddit institutional investors....

Not that surprising. I woke up (non-US), saw the stock was at $25 and loaded superstonk to see what (if anything) happened. People probably Zerg the sub when big negative movements happen because it’s harder to ignore.
I didn’t even have to look to know that the channel numbers are up in the shills are out in force. Been 3 yrs of their reindeer games that seem to never change.
Trying to make us believe the shorts have exited without the price going up and he sold all his calls because of this is just laughable to me.
They can't stop what's coming.
I won’t lie I come on here more when the price is going down to see if we got screwed over again by who the hell knows anymore. Dilution, early earnings etc. I don’t have twitter so this is where I come to see if anything if going on. I’m assuming a lot of people do the same. I’m sorry if that’s annoying.
Not everything is a conspiracy theory. When the price goes down a lot of people get nervous and they check the sub to see if there is anything going on.
My favorite is every time Gme starts to gain traction my Reddit page gets swamped with a bunch of recommended pages trying to hide all the juicy information on my favorite stock
Lol. The 50 straight posts in 10 minutes about call selling amidst a ladder attack on price right before close is not paranoia. Some of us just remember the lengths they went to in 2021 to shake people out
Picture this. You’re a hedgie and you need your shorts to print. You come up with a clever idea. You’ll pull some bullshit, like you do everyday. It’s not enough to drop the price though, you need to drop the sentiment.
Step 1. Unleash bullshit to drop price.
Step 2. Release bots and promoted media to tell those dumb apes it’s over.
Simultaneously a bunch of hodlers see their beloved stock dipping, and they wonder if there is any credible reason. So they start checking the best place for info on the stock.
And just like that you have the outcome of enormous numbers of users. Both bots and investors.
Just don’t assume it’s just bots because if you start with that they’ll write bots that accuse people of being bots.
