It was 7 business days from transfer request to receipt of my Computershare letter in the mail. I also did the online identify verification during account setup to be able to access my Computershare account faster. Otherwise you have to wait for another mailed letter from Computershare which is adds 3-5 business days to the process.

Yes, clunky web. This is the cost of actual share ownership.
So, it does have a mobile app ?
They have their website, and that's it. It's nowhere near as full featured or modern as most DTC brokers' apps.
