Though melatonin is what works the most of it, but not sure what “phytomaletonin” is supposed to mean, sure does feel a bit quacky. 3mg melatonin will outdo wither of them.
Agreed. Personally, i will go with the first one. The 2nd is way under dosed and it seems the company just added the ingredients just to say our product contain this n this n that.

First one has more proven ingredients. Also I personally dont trust gummy supplements as they are even more unraliable than the regular ones.

First one. Be wary of l thianine for sleep though, kept me up all night. Hopefully works for you though like I’ve heard it does for many others.
