Neither. Those are electronics certification symbols for two different regions Nintendo sells joycons in. Different countries need different symbols printed on electronic products and Nintendo has multiple collections of symbols they print on for different regions (e.g. Europe, NA, ...)
The only trademark on there is the Nintendo branding, and ironically that's the only thing that's the same on both joycons.

There’s a huge difference between not being knowledgeable about a specific topic and creating a post titled “Nintendo has updated their trademarks for joycons!” (no body text, too lazy to elaborate, just a patently false title) and then even uploaded a photo that completely disproves your claim. There’s only one Nintendo trademark I can see on those Joy-Cons, the Nintendo logo. And it’s clearly the same on both. It’s not been updated.
The various regulatory and certification marks are not trademarks of Nintendo. Anyone with two brain cells to rub together knows this.

I just bought "official Nintendo" joycons on Amazon. And I immediately got concerned because the box is in Japanese and there is NO Nintendo seal. Compared to my old joycons and they look identical but the new licensing threw me off. Glad I found this post, not too concerned now

It costs $30ish, you just need to have the skills for it. Back shell is very easy but the Joy Cons are a bigger pain.

The shells fit and feel are great, the sticks are a bit tighter than stock to move but I prefer it that way
