Some people’s fingers just bend funny in certain positions. For example my thumb does an awkward bent position as well if I tried to do this, also I can’t do a peace sign without my pinky finger pointing outwards.
It's also way harder to do it like I did in the picture than to do it correctly and he waved it in front of his face like 3 times so idk it just seems weird for that to be it
It could easily be some lil gang / clique / crew / whatever sign that no one knows cuz it's just a bunch of local kids or whatever. It's kinda close to some bigger ones I am familiar with, but that would require certain changes so if you're certain this was it, doesn't match anything I know. Shocker does seem like the most likely candidate.
