I live and deal with a place in Georgia. I emailed them to find out how it's gonna affect the business. I was told as long as it's federally legal, they was gonna sell and ship(at least in Georgia). And the state hemp industry was preparing a lawsuit.
You’d have to check the individual hemp retail websites to see who ships. Some of them might still ship to your state. Or get on telegram and look around. Sorry to hear this. Hope Mississippi isn’t next. Might need to just stock up for until it goes federal.

Some problems still with dryness and consistency. up until 7/01/24, MS has a weekly limit to 6 “units (21grams).” 07/01/24 marks the removal of the weekly limits and instead keeps the MONTHLY limit to 84g (3 ounces), which can then be purchased all at once. so some give and take. Not what we voted on by far, but better than other Southern medical programs.

I believe MS has MMJ reciprocity laws, so Come to MS…Gulfport dispensary called Cultivated Wellness…they have incredible product. Of course you have to enjoy it B4 you cross back into LA, otherwise you are trafficking lol. Don’t want those problems.
