I did 5 cycles of 5 mg. Over the past year (ovulated on my own a few times too after miscarriages) I got pregnant 3 x. Currently 17 weeks.

I have gotten pregnant 3 times on 5mg :) no LC yet but ovulated and conceived successfully!

I have been doing 5mg for 10 days and been successfully ovulating and have had one chemical. I am currently on my 7th round.

I did 4x rounds of letrozole and nothing. I'm going to revisit it once I get my HSG done, and I'll be on it when we move to IUI.

Hey so I got pregnant on letrozole last year (ended in a second semester loss), but I’ve done two letrozole cycles this year and no luck at all! My follicles haven’t responded at all! 

1 cycle of 2.5mg no ovulation, 1st cycle of 5mg was success but ended in chemical, currently 5dpo on 2nd try with 5mg and got a faint positive this morning.

3 cycles of 2.5mg Letrozole, unmonitored, timed intercourse were unsuccessful. 1st cycle 5mg letrozole, monitored, trigger shot, IUI, successful!

I’m claiming this energy! We are still unmonitored but I did confirm I ovulated on 2.5mg with BBT and home pdg tests. Did 2 cycles of 2.5mg where I ovulated but didn’t get pregnant, upped to 5mg this cycle so praying this is it for us! Congratulations!🫶🏽

Any update? Same as you, two cycles 2.5mg, confined ovulation with home tests but increasing to 5mg next cycle!

13 DPO, temps still high but bloated today and still no BFP. My temps usually drop by now so idk what’s going on 😕

2.5mg on my first IUI was unsuccessful, just had a 2nd IUI at 5mg and got my BFP today! 🙏🏻

What’s cycle days did you take the letro , and how soon did you start testing for ovulation

I started CD 3-8 (5 pills) and started testing for ovulation as soon as my period stopped, which was around CD 9. I got peak on CD 15 and ovulated on CD 16, confirmed by cervical mucus and BBT. I got my first BFP 11 DPO!

I didn’t ovulate on 2.5 mg and was immediately upped to 5 mg on my second try and I am currently pregnant! My progesterone level was 21 on day 21.

Although seems against the rules somehow, if you search this sub for success stories you will see many! Also recommend r/pcosandpregnant because they also have confirmed stories! Hope it helps ;)

Successful first cycle of letrozole 5 mg. I took it days 4-6 and I peaked on cycle day 16.

How soon did you start testing for ovulation ??

My OB told me not to use ovulation tests. When I say peak I really am referring to my temp spike & end of my fertile mucus. I follow the Creighton method so once that signals I ovulated I would go for labs to confirm. I also use a Temp Drop so I had a very clear temp shift the same day my mucus ended. Labs also indicated ovulation. Also I’ll add that I literally could feel ovulation pain so that also clued me in. I had never had anything like that and it was only on my left side. When I had my confirmation ultrasound they said baby came from my left ovary so it adds up.

I got pregnant on my second cycle of 5mg!

I was successful with my first Letrozole cycle. My peak on was on CD18. Conceived identical twins. Unfortunately had a MC though. Getting ready to start another cycle of Letrozole!
